Deckerstar - The End is not the End

Reports are not good

Amenadiel met Lucifer and Chloe at the penthouse to discuss their findings.  Lucifer and Chloe sat together on his leather couch while Amenadiel prayed.  

"I will be back," he said as he faded from view.

Lucifer took a drink of his whiskey and said, "You know, had I become God, I could be doing that right now.  The things I missed!"

Chloe smiled at her love and gave him a deep kiss while rubbing the tips of her fingers and thumb along his jaw line.

"I don't know, I think we have had a pretty good time down in Hell where we don't really have any rules."

"Umm, that is so very true.  Just the positions and places alone make it all worth it," he said as his hand traveled down cupping her breast and giving it a little squeeze while kissing her neck.  "Thinking about you being pregnant is driving me crazy again, Chloe.  I just want to touch you."

"Definitely my favorite time with your complete dedication to touching me all the time."

They both were so wrapped up in each other that they did not notice the light change in the room.  

"Get a room!"

They looked up to see their daughter and Charlie laughing at them with Amenadiel looking at them with reproach.  Zadkiel, Gabriel and Raphael all just rolled their eyes.

"Hi, sweetheart," Lucifer said to Rory.  "You know your mother never can keep her hands off me."

It was Chloe's turn to roll her eyes.

"So let's report on what all was found."

Charlie was first with his report of seeing a dark figure watching his father and mother.  Said the person seemed to try and manipulate some things that happened but things stayed on course.  

Zadkiel and the other angels reported the same thing.  They all saw the dark figures and they seemed to be throughout time and seemed to try and manipulate some things.  Gabriel reminded them that one of the creatures helped with Azrael's blade and watched her while she retrieved it from their mother's universe.  

"Mine was just watching us.  I saw him clearly.  He had hooves instead of hands and just a mohawk type hair.  His eye was ice blue and he asked me to be quiet while he watched you cook me some dinner, Dad."

They all talked through what it meant and why the creatures only watched in some instances and made changes in others.  

"Let's go back up to the Silver City and talk with others and see if we can get some perspectives," said Amenadiel and the light in the room changed before they were all back up in the Silver City.

"Charlie, go get you mother and the others and let's meet in the river area."

While they waited, Rory approached her dad who was standing looking out at the view before him.  Rory always saw something different depending on her mood but it seemed her dad saw the same thing each time.  It was said that everyone saw what made them most happy and relaxed and she would guess it had something to do with her mother.  She had never asked him what he saw but he always looked so peaceful when he was staring out there.

"Daddy?"

Lucifer looked up and smiled at her with a little confusion on his face and a tilt of his head.  "You haven't called me that since you were little."

"I got to experience you being my dad and spending time with me.  I often wondered why I knew certain songs so well and it was because you sang them to me.  And Tank.  Dad, that was you."
