Chapter 9: The Dance

A day passed, that very day was the Pegasus City dance...

Pipp and the others sat sad, sad that their dear Zipp wasn't there to join.

Until...

Guards looked into the sky, something was moving.

"Hey! You! Who are you?"

"Hey! Guards! It's me, Zipp!"

The guards looked closer, it was Zipp.

Her friends followed.

The guards stopped them.

"Don't worry Guards, their with me."

The guards let them through, Zipp than put her hoof on a button, it was to the door, she took her and her friends inside.

The others still sat sad.

"Zipp...my dear sister.."

"Hey! Sister!"

Pipp and the others looked up..

"Zipp!"

They hugged her tight, they looked behind her and saw...the ponies from yesterday.

"Hey! What are they doing here?"

"Tonight's the dance right, I just thought...they could join.."

They smiled, instantly letting them in with open hooves.

They told their mother, and she was okay with it.

Pipp and Zipp's 2 new friends:

Ashley & Hazel, got along very quickly, both loving shiny things and such.

Pipp took them to get something to wear.

"Hm, no."

"No."

"Nope!"

{gasp}

"Perfect!"
Pipp was excited.

"You look great you two!"
Hitch said.

The others nodded.

Zipp and Pepper walked through the clothes spot in the store.

"Hey...uh.. Pepper— I- I have to tell you something..."

"Hm? I'm all ears."

"I...I—"

"Hey guys! C'mon!"

"A- oh hold on! I need to get Pepper something, we'll catch up."

"Anyways..as I was say, I—"

"The event in Pegasus City, the dance of your life! Starts in 5 minutes, so if your going and your in this store, you better snatch up whatcha want quick, because when the show starts! It doesn't stop!"

The speaker said.

"Why do things and other ponies always ruin my words..!" She thought.

"Nevermind, let's just find your outfit."

Zipp said.

3 minutes later, Pepper had something she'd like to wear, 3 choices.

"Nah,"

"Nope"

"Nah-ah"

"Aw, I'll never be perfect for the dance.."
Pepper looked sad.

"I- Uh! Heh- hey! I- it's okay, umm"

"Okay Zipp, Think! How will you make Pepper happy again!?"
