Where we last left off, the Student Squadrons wiped out the entirety of the attackers and flew back to base, leaving only Y/N and Crimson 1 in the blue skies over the ocean, both are ready to erase the other's existence, Now. Let the Battle Commence...

3rd POV

Y/N and Crimson 1 circle each other for what seems like an eternity, glaring through their visors, awaiting an opening, but neither can find one. But in the midst of the tension, Y/N seizes the moment and turns straight towards Crimson 1, at a turn rate and speed that would obliterate a normal human

This stunt seems to surprise Crimson 1 as he also turns, just a bit late, giving Y/N the window of opportunity to fire two missiles, hitting Crimson 1 on the wing, but it doesn't seem to do much as he simply continues to fly straight at Y/N, soon firing another railgun shot which Y/N dodges with ease, him firing his gun which grazes the hull of his crimson foe

Y/N: <<<Step up your game, don't wanna be showed up so easily do ya?>>> He mocks, dodging multiple micro missiles from Crimson 1

Crimson 1: <<<Shut your mouth, I'm just getting warmed up>>> Crimson 1's speed increases as he flies nose to nose at Y/N dodging two standard missiles before flipping when he flies by, ending up behind Y/N

Y/N: <<<Shit!>>>Y/N dives straight to the water, Crimson 1 following. Crimson 1 fires multiple missiles and Railgun shots at Y/N as he descends but Y/N dodges them all, making it to the surface of the calm water, pulling up at the last moment, flying only a few meters above the surface, the same can also be said for his pretentious adversary who is right behind him, still firing missiles and bullets

Crimson 1: <<<Just stay still and die like a good Worm>>>

Y/N: <<<Oh~, Worm's a new one>>> He says as he flips the aircraft for a moment, firing off two missiles at Crimson before flying forward again, said missiles being hits. The attack caused Crimson 1 to grunt over the radio, before some growls of rage can be heard, his jet speeding up to right behind Y/N who is getting a bit sweaty from the stress

Just at this moment, he notices it...

Y/N: <<<Who knew that random pillars were so convenient>>> In the distance, a bit away from the shore stands a mass of giant rock pillars coming out from the water like wheat. There's quite a lot in that area, and there's enough space between them for say... Two Jets To Move Through

He immediately speeds up towards the convenient rocks with Crimson 1 getting a few hits with his railgun and his micro missiles, though he fails to realize Y/N plan in time, and by the time he does, Y/N speeds into a tight gap between two massive pillars, having to roll slightly to get through, nonetheless. Crimson follows, firing two missiles that just hit a pillar when Y/N dodges to the right

The game of cat and mouse continues as the roles of cat and mouse switch and switch due to the two constantly getting behind the other only to miss while the one being chased does some bullshit witchcraft move to get behind them

Crimson 1: <<<You've gotten in my way twice now, you've taken one of my squadmates, and scarred my other. I'll make sure your death is a pathetic one>>> The venom in his voice is clear as day, his movements becoming more and more unpredictable
