Patton hated to admit it, but Aster was very nice to talk too. He listened and didn't shy away from Pattons loudness. And on the rair occasions he did speak Patton would listen and encourage him.
The two bonded and within a few months they had became close friends, Patton was romantically interested but ending things with Remus was scary.
Remus was scary, he was unpredictable and violent, he never listened to Patton as it was.
Aster took Pattons hand, the two sitting in thr garden. It was late and the moon hung in the sky, Aster guiding Patton bsck to his room, shared with Remus.
"I'm glad you think so highly of me," Aster chuckled softly.
"Of course I do, you're wonderful," Patton smiled. "I...love you," The words shook Aster, who let go of his hand, and Remus who was rounding the corner was even more shocked.
