At midnight, Shivaay drove towards the CBI office. He went to the prison where Ria was jailed. He hid behind the walls and spray chloroform on the guards who were guarding the prison. They saw his face but he didn't care. He went inside the prison doing the same with every officer. It wasn't so difficult for him because he was quite well aware about the office. He dragged Ria with himself and forced her to sit in his car.
"Shivaay you are here to save me right? I knew you can't betray me! I knew that, please save me. I don't want to die in jail." Ria said to him with hopeful eyes.
Shivaay didn't responded to her and drove the car in full speed and took Ria to place no one was present. A few metres far from that place, a forest was visible.
Ria was not able to identify what was going in his mind and what we was going to do with her. He came out of the car and dragged her with him too.
"I really love you Ria! I never wanted to but I don't know when I fell for you. I crossed my every limits for you, for our love. I never wanted to betray you but I have to. You need to pay for the sin you committed everytime. You need to pay for the lives of the people you took away so easily. I love you and that's why I neither want to betray you nor my county. I'm sorry." Shivaay stated in a different time.
Before Ria could say anything, Shivaay took out his gun and shot Ria. She fell on the ground with still eyes open, not able to understand anything. Last thing she saw before dying is that Shivaay pointed the gun as his head and pulled the trigger. They both died there making the situation and place numb.
Next morning,
The officers came to know that Ria is missing and they also tried to call Shivaay but he wasn't picking up the call.
Ritik thought that Shivaay had went to the office but when he opened the tv and saw the news channel he was shocked as hell. Divya was present there as well.
'CBI officer Shivaay Oberoy and criminal Ria Shekhawat was found dead near a forest. According to the investigations, Shivaay had killed Ria and then he killed himself. His fingerprints have been found on the gun. The incident took place near about midnight.
All the media gathered outside their house.
They were knocking the door of his house but neither Ritik nor Divya was in the state to pay a heed to the door. Ritik ran towards Shivaay's room followed by Divya, there he found a letter.
I am sorry Ritik and Div. I know you both won't forgive me but I didn't knew what to do. I loved her and that's why I couldn't let her die. I couldn't. I broke her heart and I wanted to punish myself for it. I'm sorry, please forgive me. Thank you to both of you for always being there for me. You are my best friends and I could never forget you both even if u die. Love you Ritik and Div. Please don't cry and forget me. Sorry.

"Why he did that divya, why? He didn't thought about us, about me. He had always been my best friend, my brother, my teacher, my supporter. Why he left me like this? He promised each other not to leave each other till the end but he broke the promise. He broke me." Ritik burst out crying and Divya hugged him tight.
Divya had no words to sooth him because she was broken herself. Shivaay was her best friend, her brother, he never failed to care for her. He was always there with her whenever she needed. She couldn't believe he felt them like this.
They cried for hours in each other's embrace. Shivaay's body was burnt by Ritik and Divya. He got salutation from all the officers. No one had anything left to say, neither Ritik nor Divya nor even his senior. Everyone was numb at their places.
