As I crawled into bed that night my mind was racing. I had to do something, and I had to do it fast. I had successfully figured out what the King was up to, but had barely gotten away. Paia can keep him out of the Bibyio for the time being, but I need to get out of here I think. She is very angry with me. I didn't even get a chance to explain. But none of that matters right now. I need to let the citizens of Koohoc know what the King is doing. What am I doing just sitting here? I don't have time to sleep - like I could sleep anyway, knowing that Iox is trying to kill me and eventually all the citizens of Koohoc. How can I sit here knowing that Paia hates me?

I lifted myself back into my chair and silently wheeled my way towards the door. As I turned the last corner Paia bumped into me. "Ouch! What are you up to now? Never mind. It is good you are up. We have to get you out of here now!" she whispered.

"Paia, we need to talk. I..." I tried reasoning with her but was quickly interrupted.

"There is no time for talking. I can hold off Iox any longer. I wouldn't be able to handle it if he killed you." She pleaded with me. "Hurry up! We need to move."

As she guided me through the maze of hallways she explained her plan. I was going to go stay on Oeon, the Messenger's planet. They are getting fed up with the King and will hide me if I can get there safely, but that is easier said than done.

I could feel the box being lifted into the ship. I had been sitting in a package waiting to be picked up by an Oeon worker since Paia said goodbye. What a goodbye that was. She broke down in tears, worried about me. I tried to get in a word about the King's plans, but she just kept quieting me. I knew she would help me stop him if I could just tell her, but she went on and on about how there was something important to tell me. The moment before she had to go and I was almost packaged she told me she loved me, kissed me and sealed the box. I was then stuck there thinking about this mess of things while I waited to be delivered unknowingly to Oeon. Don't get me wrong, I was elated about Paia; I just couldn't believe it was happening to me. I am in a wheelchair for goodness sakes! Who could ever love that?

I felt the ship take off underneath me. My last experience on the Eioikn was much more luxurious than this one on the Tpaivo. Paia told me that once I was delivered to Oeon, a worker would come by and knock twice. If they knocked five times, hummed a tune that I had heard Paia hum before and then knock three more times I would know that it was someone I could trust.

Shortly after the ship stopped and I was being lifted again. I froze in anticipation whenever I thought I heard someone or something outside. Soon I heard footsteps. They would walk a few steps, stop and then continue. After awhile I started to hear some sighs also. They walked past me and then quickly turned back again. There were then five knocks, a rushed version of Paia's tune, and three more knocks. I let out my breath, not even realizing I had been holding it in as the package was opened.

When there was a big enough hole for me to wheel through, I exited the box. The purple man put a finger to his lips signaling me to be quiet. I kept my thanks to myself and followed him through a new maze of corridors. We passed a few purple people, but they paid no attention to me. They were busy with noses in paperwork or hauling carts of packages. We soon turned onto a balcony of sorts. When I looked down I saw counters at which lines extended from. People were giving and receiving packages and papers from the men and women behind the counter. It reminded me of a UPS store.

After walking a bit longer he motioned me into a room. It looked like someone had tried to make arrangements for me to be as comfortable as possible in the short amount of time they had to prepare. There was a plush bed in the corner, a large desk and reading lamp, and fresh clothes set out on one side of the room. On the other was almost the same scene, except the bed was unmade, papers scattered all over the desk, and clothes lying about. It looked like it was well lived in, while the other was untouched. I turned around to thank the man and ask a few questions, but he was gone and the door closed behind him.

Curious as to who was my new roommate, I rolled over to the desk with papers scattered about. I ran over a shirt that caught my eye for some reason but disregarded it. The paper had lots of things scribbled out and other pieces crumpled. As I started to read I realized it was a plan of some sort. I recognized the layout of a building drawn from one of the books in the secret room. It was a layout of the Royal Planet. What was this person up to? Beginning to read more and more in depth it became apparent that my roommate was planning on sneaking into the palace without anyone noticing. According to the information from the secret books, the Evac would make that very difficult for my new roommate.

As I was pondering over why this person was trying to sneak in I heard a familiar voice behind me. "I knew Paia would take care of you." I whipped my wheelchair around and couldn't believe my eyes.
