The day started with lots of excitement because I would be hyperactive every month on this date as I would get the chance to meet my saviour. I lied to Sam that I was going to pay a visit to Phoenix Home and went to our usual spot where we would meet every month. I hopped out quickly when the driver stopped the car and walked further as I didn't want the driver to hear us.
Within few seconds, two SUVs halted in front of me and I grinned widely knowing who was that. My saviour came out of the car and I instantly ran to him, taking him into a bear hug.
"Ajju!!!!!" I squealed in his ear and he chuckled at me while reciprocating the hug.
"Whoa!! Easy there, princess." He patted my back before we broke the hug. He cupped my face, caressing my cheeks and observed my face keenly. "What is this? Did anyone hurt you?" He panicked while touching my cheek and I huffed in annoyance.
"Oh God, stop being overprotective like this, Ajju! It's just a pimple, nothing else." I told him and he breathed a sigh of relief.
"Okay. How are you? How's your new family treating you there? Are you happy with your married life? Did anyone hurt you there, princess?" He started with his questions as usual and I sighed at him.
"Wait, Ajju. Ask me one by one. I'm fine, they all are treating me well and I'm not really sure if I'm happy or not with my married life but I think maybe I will be happy with it soon and at last but not least, no one hurt me there." I shrugged at him and he smiled at me.
"How about your husband? Is he treating you well?" He asked again and I nodded at him. "Put it into words, princess." He ordered making me roll my eyes.
"Ufff, yes he is treating me well, Ajju. I thought he was going to be rude to me as I heard he's an arrogant man by nature but I was wrong. He is such a sweet person I have ever seen. But I must say that he maintains a stone face all the time just like you." I chuckled at him but he narrowed his eyes at me.
