Arjun, Sid and Veer stood there shooting daggers at Jaanvi who was pretending to be busy in checking her painted nails. "How and where did you find her?" Veer asked Arjun, gritting his teeth.
"We were searching for her from the day she sent her men to kidnap Bani but last night only we discovered her hideout. She was staying at a hotel near your mansion, Veer. And moroever, she always had her men to keep an eye on you and Bani since the last few days." Arjun explained.
"What? How the hell did she find out about Bani?" Veer asked, glaring at her to which she let out an evil laughter.
"Veer baby--" Jaanvi started but Veer cut her off.
"Don't baby me, Jaanvi! It won't take me a second to cut your bloody tongue!" He roared while glaring at her with utmost rage and she visibly flinched at his tone but composed herself quickly.
"V-Veer, you shouldn't--" She started but he cut her off again.
"Cut it out and tell me how did you find out about Bani?" He seethed with anger.
Without answering his question, Jaanvi smirked at him only to irk him more. "What makes you think that I will answer your silly question?"
"Right. You're right. Why would you answer my question without me threatening you in a right way to answer it?" He smirked back and she frowned at him when he took out his phone and tapped on the screen before showing it to her.
Arjun gave her a blank look as he knew what was Veer showing her but Sid, who was unaware of it, tried to peek into the screen but flinched when Jaanvi screamed out of the blue. "What the hell is that, Veeranshu? How dare you kidnap my mom?"
"Tch tch tch... correction Jaanvi, I did not kidnap her as she came to me by herself and I just made use of the opportunity to take her under my captive." Veer replied back and they heard her gasp along with someone else's too. He turned back to see Sid looking at him with wide eyes.
"You captured that senior witch? How?" Sid asked without blinking his eyes and Jaanvi hissed at him.
"Mind your language! She is my mom." Jaanvi snapped at him.
"You shut up, mad bitch! And Veer, tell me how you did that?" Sid asked.
Veer just smirked at him in return making Sid groan frustratedly and he turned towards Arjun for an answer. "He was at States from the past two weeks. He deliberately made Mrs Rajput be aware of his presence there and as expected, she landed herself into his trap. It has been 4 days since she has been under Veer's captive and this dumb girl is not even aware of her own mother's absence." Arjun explained, sneering at Jaanvi who started wiggling in her seat but the ropes around her kept her body glued to the chair.
"No, please leave my mom. She is innocent. Don't do anything to her." Jaanvi pleaded them with shedding her crocodile tears.
"What? Your mom is innocent? Bitch please! We all know from whom you inherited these cunning traits so please stop with your bullshit. Just be glad that it was Veer who caught her. Had it been me, your mom would've turned into ashes now!" It was Sid, who snapped at her.
