Chapter 9: A Letter

@Lucy's Apartment

A day after the incident.

Early in the morning.... *knock.knock*

"Lucy!" said a female voice while knocking at the door. "Lucy! Lucy! Open the door! Kyohime!"

"M-Matte...." Lucy woke up with a groan while she searches for her clock to look what time it would be.

"Lucy!"

But as Lucy figured out the person who's knocking behind her door. She instatly jump off her bed. "L-Land Lady!? Coming coming!"

As the blonde celestial wizard opens the door, a white letter envelope greeted her as it taps on her head by the Land Lady. "Ee? Nani kore?"

"A letter from you. I didn't know who gave it." the Land Lady said as Lucy gave her a blank stare. "Where's Kyohime?" the Land Lady asked.

"She's no-"

But Lucy get interupted as the Land Lady took a peek on her room. "She's still asleep. Okay then. I'll go now." as the Land Lady waved goodbye.

Lucy got confused. She looked at her bed and saw a person sleeping on it. "Weird..... Did Kyohime went back here already?" she asked as she went beside her bed.

She examined the envelope. And behind it, it says "For Fairy Tail"...

"Maybe I should open this later." Lucy said.

Then a blue exceed came in from the window. "Ohayou Lucy!" he greeted happily.

"H-Happy!? Wh- T-Then.... " Lucy sweatdropped as she saw Happy.

"Aye?" Happy said confusely.

"Th-Then..." she looks at the person lying on the bed with the blanket wrapped around. She pulled out the blanket and saw a well known Salamander sleeping. "N-NATSU!?" she yelled.

"O-Ohayou Lucy." greeted by Natsu with a groan as he pulled back the blanket.

"EE!? WAKE UP THIS INSTANT!" Lucy yelled as she pulled away the blanket.

"Its too early!." Natsu protested as he turn himself down the bed.

"NATSU!"

"Okay okay." Natsu groans as he went to the kitchen.

"Don't go there in the kitchen!" Lucy ordered.

"But I'm hungry." Natsu said. Then Natsu and Happy's stomach started to make a sound in unison.

"See?" said Happy while holding his stomach.

"Later at the guild we will eat." Lucy sighed.

But Natsu went to Lucy's table and started to browse her work. "Ee!? Natsu! Don't read it yet!" Lucy scolded as she pulls away Natsu.
