Basil's pov:
It's been 2 years since Mari's death and everyone has moved on from it. Hero is now a doctor while the rest and I are in college.
Even tho I had them, there was something missing, him.
Sunny
I miss him so much, Polly had moved out so I was all alone in my house.
I wondered if I'll see him again. I was lost in my thoughts but came back to reality when I heard the door slam open as the teacher entered along with...some guy?
"EVERYONE! ATTENTION PLEASE! we have a new student joining us today, please introduce yourself to the class"
Since I sat at the back of the class, it was pretty difficult to see things clearly, but at least I could still see.
The student wore a black mask and his hair was covering his eyes.
"Weird I can't see his face..." I mumbled with judgment in my tone but decided to not bother paying attention to his introduction, I mean, what? i literally can't see his face so why even bother acknowledging him.
In the corner of the classroom I could hear some of the girls fan girling over him, guess his gonna get popular with the girls, great! this is going to get annoying. I quietly let out a groan of annoyance as I laid back on my chair.
"You can go sit in front of Basil, Basil! Please raise your hand" The teacher called out. I raised my hand like I was told to and he took the assigned seat.
"Great now class open your textbooks to pag..."
