"Okay, Princess. What would you like to wear?" Liam set Madison on top of the changing table, telling her not to move as he made his way into the closet.

"I- I get to chose?" Madison was beginning to believe this was a dream. First she gets to go outside and now Liam was allowing her to make a decision for herself?

Liam gave out a deep chuckle, skimming through her clothes. "Well, within reason. It's getting chilly outside so you'll need a jacket. But if you want to help me you can!"

Madison swung her legs back and forth, wondering just how "little" should would look going outside. When she ran, there was a big difference in littles and their caregivers. Though her mind was preoccupied at that time, it wasn't hard to pick from the two. The thought made her stomach sink that she would probably be very easy to pick out. But she was thankful there were others in her situation.

Liam cleared his throat, laying out a couple different options. The first one had leggings and a pastel pink sweater with flowers all over it.
It was simple and she was thankful for that. It didn't scream "I'm a baby".

The second one was a little more busy. The white shirt had all the Disney princesses on it. Liam had picked a pink skirt and leggings to go underneath. He didn't want her to freeze. He was already pretty sure which one the girl would choose, but a part of him hoped she would be further along in her headspace than what was thought.

"Which one, buggaboo?"

Madison brought her bottom lip in between her teeth, already sure of what she would pick. Part of her knew Disney princesses were her favorite, but she would be glad to have plain clothes on for a little while.

Liam wanted to laugh as he watched her from across the room. Her small legs were swaying and her eyebrows were furrowed in thought. They both knew her decision already. Liam was so curious as to what was going through her head.

"The one, please," she whispered, timidly point in the direction on the pink sweater. She was hoping her choice wouldn't upset him.

"Perfect choice, love! I'm so proud of you!" Liam wanted to reassure her decision. She was such a timid person. Zayn and himself wanted to change those bad habits as quickly as possible. She didn't need to be so scared and nervous all the time. They wanted her to feel like she could make choices without being worried about consequences. As long as they were good choices and not bad behavior.

The fuzzy feeling that was quickly becoming a familiar friend had returned for a short time as Liam praised her. It was such a small task, but Madison would bask in the attention while she could. She wasn't used to such things and she wasn't sure how soon she wouldn't have it anymore. They wouldn't keep her long. No one did. Someone always found a flaw.

As Liam collected her outfit, he looked up to see a sad face. "Bell, what's wrong?"

He watched the girl hang her head, ceasing her leg swinging. "Um, nothing.. still sleepy.."

Liam decided to let it go. He was going to start questioning her later. Before Louis and Zayn had unintentionally interrupted them earlier, he had hoped she would share some things.

"Let's get you out of these pajamas, little one."

He saw Madison tense, moving just the tiniest bit back.
