JUST as the class thought they would have a normal day, their assumptions were proven false. Both Stormy Weather and Stoneheart were out and akumatised, at the same time.
"You have got to be kidding me," Marinette groaned as she saw the ice villain make hail fall with a swing of her umbrella.
It was then the classroom was told to evacuate, and as per usual both Marinette and Adrien broke off to transform.
"Two at once, Hawkmoth's really done it this time," Chat remarked as Ladybug landed beside him.
"I don't understand, how can he have two akumas out at once, wouldn't that just weaken his powers?" Ladybug asked herself outloud.
Chat shook his head.
"Not in this case I'm afraid, they look strong."
He was right.
Stormy Weather's powers had only been upgraded, and Stoneheart could now create havoc to the buildings around him with a single punch.
"Got a plan, M'lady?" Chat asked as he dodged the ice shards from Stormy Weather.
"Afraid not!" she shouted from mid-air as she proceeded to wrap her yoyo around Stoneheart's thumb like she did last time, yanking it with full force to open his hand.
Unlike usual, there was nothing in his hand, leaving Ladybug to plumet hard into the ground. She groaned in pain, before shaking it off and attempting to leap towards Chat.
"You alright?" he asked worriedly, knocking away the atomic snowballs thrown by the ice villain.
She nodded with a sigh.
"Yeah, pretty much. I really need to work out how to get both their akumas though."
Ladybug spun her yoyo for momentum, before hooking it around a lampost and swinging towards it, repeating the step until she arrived at the Eiffel Tower.
She didn't want to call out her lucky charm just yet, it would give her a time limit. Through her earpiece, she walked Chat through her idea.
"I think you need to cataclysm her umbrella, there's no way she'll get it back. As for Stoneheart, I'll try and find his akumatised object."
So as Chat battled fiercely against Stormy Weather, Ladybug tried to find anywhere the akuma could possibly be hiding, with the help of a mirror she got from her lucky charm.
"Where is that stupid akuma?" she murmured under her breath, frustrated.
Stoneheart sent a punch her way for the twentieth time, her avoiding it.
It was then she noticed a glint coming from his fist.
Talk about lightbulb moment.
"It's on his hand, not in it!" she exclaimed to herself, immediately filling Chat in and taking action.
With her yoyo securing on Stoneheart's wrist, she swung on and held on for dear life as he tried to shake her off. She climbed up to his hand and grabbed the small shining object on his knuckle, throwing it to the ground before jumping off and catching the akuma in her yoyo. She landed on her feet, before leaping off towards Chat and Stormy Weather.
