Chapter 3:

May 8:

It's been 3 months living in LA and working with Atlantic Records. Tomorrow I'm releasing my first song. I have a few songs out but it's gonna be the first with a record label. I'm at a restaurant with Sydnie, Ava, and Isla while waiting for Jack.

Sydnie: so you ready for tomorrow?
Ava: you're first song
Y/N: yeah I'm ready for my first song to be out
Isla: what's the name again
Y/N: it's called 'I Cant Fall in Love Without You'
Ava: is that song about your feelings towards someone
*takes a sip of her drink*
Isla: like someone with curly hair
Y/N: no it's not
*you start to play with the bracelet*
Ava: you're lying
Y/N: how do you know?
Sydnie: you only play with your bracelet when you're lying and you're doing it now
Ava: and we get it your expressing your feelings towards him to let him know
Isla: but without him knowing
Y/N: I know but nothings gonna happen
*Jack comes & sits next to you*
Jack: what's not gonna happen?
Isla: uhm Y/N and Oscar
Ava/Sydnie: yeah
Y/N: we've only been in a few dates but I feel like it's not gonna happen and I think it's better to stay friends
Jack: talk to him about it I've seen the way you look at him and how happy you are around him
Y/N: I'll talk to him about it

An hour later.

We were catching up like we always do when we heard a familiar voice. We look to see who it was and surely enough it was Bella.

Bella: hey guys and Y/N
Y/N: what are you doing here?
Bella: well Jack told me he was gonna be with you guys and said I should come over
Jack: I did not
Bella: so where should I sit?
Sydnie: well we only have 5 chairs since we said it's for 5 people so yo-
Y/N: you can have my seat I have to go see Jc
Bella: are you sure?
Y/N: yeah I'll ju-
*she pushes you & sat down*
Y/N: I'll see you guys later tonight
Jack: we wouldn't miss it
Sydnie: we'll be there
Y/N: alright bye guys
Bella: it was good to see you again
*you roll your eyes*
Y/N: whatevers

A few minutes later.

I wasn't gonna see Jc. I just needed to get away from Bella. I ended up at the beach. I watched the waves hit the shore while listening to my song. After a while, I felt someone tap my shoulder. I looked up and saw Jonah.

Jonah: seems like we had the same idea
*you moved a little on your blanket for him to seat*
Y/N: yeah well I had lunch with
*he sits down*
Jonah: Jack and his sisters
Y/N: yeah and Bella appeared out of nowhere
Jonah: and let me guess she wanted to sit next to Jack and tried to make you jealous
Y/N: well I don't know about the last part but the first part was well spot on
Jonah: yeah no one likes her just playing along for Jack
*you both laugh*
Y/N: so what makes you think she's trying to make me jealous
Jonah: I'm not blind Y/N you're in love with Jack
*you started to play with you bracelet*
Y/N: what? No I'm not
Jonah: you're playing with your bracelet so you're lying
Y/N: I need to work on this habit
Jonah: yeah you do but I thought you're with Oscar
Y/N: i don't know what's gonna on between me and Oscar like he's a great guy but I don't know where we at or if I like him like him
Jonah: have you tried talking to him?
Y/N: no
Jonah: well you should
Y/N: that's what Jack said
Jonah: you should listen
Y/N: I will
