Chapter 16:

Corbyn's POV:

12 in the morning.

The boys and I decided it's time to go home but we needed to find Jack and Y/N. She never came back for the speech which is weird of her. The guys and I went our own way to look for them. I saw Jack out in the front.

Corbyn: finally I found you
Jack: I thought you guys left
Corbyn: no we were waiting for Y/N to come back
Jack: what do you mean?
Corbyn: we were wondering where you went and Y/N went to go look for you but never came
Jack: I think I know where she is
*he was about to walk out*
Corbyn: wait
*he turns around*
Jack: what's up?
Corbyn: why were you in the front?
Jack: oh uhm
*he looks suspicious*
Jack: I ordered an Uber to go
*he turns back and starts walking away*
Corbyn: he's up to something

I texted the boys to come to the front and that I found both of them. After a while, they finally came and told them about Jack and Zach feels like he's hiding something.

Jonah: who has the keys?
Corbyn: Y/N does
*he looks around & no car to be found*
Jonah: uhm guys
*Jack comes back*
Jack: she's not where I thought she was
*a girl comes & hugs Jack*
...: oh hey guys
Daniel: what is she doing here?
Jack: uhm
Bella: oh you haven't heard Jack and I are back together
Boys: what?!
Bella: surprise
Zach: when did this happen?
Bella: just weeks after Y/N got with Zion
*the boys look Jack while he's looking down*
Corbyn: we don't have time to deal with her we got to find Y/N
Jonah: it's what I'm trying to say she's not gonna be here
Corbyn: what makes you think that?
*Daniel's phone started ringing*
Daniel: hello...yeah this is him...what?...which one?...thank you we'll be there
*he ends the call*
Daniel: guys we have to go
Jack: why?
Daniel: Y/N lost control of the car and crashed and she's in the hospital
*Bella started giggling*
Zach: what's so funny?
Bella: just something in my head
Jonah: if you did something to Y/N I swear imma gonna ki-
Jack: JONAH!
*he walks away & orders an UBER*
Daniel: we got to go now

A few minutes later.

We got to the hospital and asked the nurses for her room. They said we had to wait in the waiting room so that's what we did. Jack took Bella to a hotel and coming over here.

An hour later.

Jack finally got here and that's when they called for Y/N's family but her dad isn't here since he's still at the party with Austin and her mom isn't in town.

Doctor: family of Y/N
*the boys stand up*
Corbyn: we're her friends
Jack: and I'm the boyfriend
Doctor: well I'm guessing her parents aren't here?
Daniel: they're out of town
Doctor: well since you're the boyfriend she's okay but she does have one injury on her right arm it's broken and she's gonna have a few scares but she'll be fine
Jack: that's good
Doctor: there's in officer in her room and he's gonna ask you guys a couple of questions
Jonah: that's fine
Doctor: her room is on the 2nd floor 3 doors down
Corbyn: thank you doctor

We started walking towards Y/N's room and we saw that she's was with an officer. We started walking closer and that's when they both looked at us.

Officer: hello I'm Officer Gutierrez I'll be asking you guys some question but first I will like to inform you guys that she's just DUI since she has alcohol in her system now to the question
Zach: go ahead
Officer: were you guys aware that Ms. Caylen was under the influence?
Daniel: yes we did
Officer: were you aware that Ms. Caylen ended up driving?
Jonah: no not until a few hours ago
Officer: how did you guys figure it out?
Corbyn: when we were about to leave from a wedding
Zach: he noticed the car wasn't there and that's when Jack came to us and told us she wasn't there
Daniel: and that's when I got the call
*he started to write a few things down*
Officer: okay ill be in touch with Ms. Caylen and hope to talk to you guys soon
*he walks out of the room & you wake up*
Jack: omg Y/N! We were worried about you
*you rolled your eyes*
Y/N: so worried you had to kiss Bella
Jack: Y/N let me ex-
Y/N: explain what? That you're back with her?
*you took out a deep breath*
Y/N: you know what? I shouldn't talk to you like that if you want to be with her go for it I'm happy for you
Jack: well we've been dating since you and Zion started
*you had tears in your eyes*
Y/N: guys I'm a bit tired
*Jonah looks at you & noticed*
Jonah: we'll come back in the morning
Jack: I'll stay here with you
Y/N: no you should go rest
Jack: are you sure?
Y/N: yeah but Jonah can you stay for a little bit
Jonah: yeah of course
Corbyn: bye Y/N
*he gives you a kiss on the head*
Daniel: have a good rest
*he gives you a kiss on the head*
Zach: see you in the morning
*he gives you a kiss on the head*
Jack: bye
*he touches your hand & they all walk out*

Your POV:
Once they all walked out except Jonah, I broke down tears after tears nonstop. Jonah wrapped his arms around me and let me cry on him. After a while, I cleaned myself up and made room for him to sit.

Jonah: have you told him how you feel?
Y/N: no we're always so busy there's never a right time for it
Jonah: Y/N/N you need to find time to tell him
Y/N: I can't Jonah he's already in a relationship I can't get involved
Jonah: do you really think he's in love with her?
Y/N: I don't know maybe he does maybe he doesn't
Jonah: why do you guys talk about it when we get to LA?
Y/N: he's not gonna listen and I think imma stay here for a while
Jonah: why?
Y/N: just to see my mom she comes back on the day we leave
Jonah: do you want me to stay?
Y/N: no I'll be okay you should go back the Airbnb and get some rest
*he stands up & gives you a kiss on the head*
Jonah: call me if anything happens
Y/N: I will
Jonah: see you tomorrow
Y/N: see ya

He walks out of my room and I turned to look at the window seeing the lights of the streets shine through. I slowly closed my eyes and called it a night.

2 days later.

The boys walked in except for Jack. Which is good because I don't want to see him right now. The boys hugged me and gave me food.

Y/N: thank you guys
Boys: welcome
Zach: how did you sleep?
Y/N: I'll sleep good when I get home
*you all laugh*
Y/N: what about you guys?
Corbyn: it was quiet
Daniel: we just home and went in our room and slept
Zach: Jonah told us you're staying for bit
Y/N: yeah I want to see my mom
Jonah: they want to tell you something that we all decided
*you looked at them*
Y/N: what's up?
Corbyn: we're gonna stay longer
Y/N: guys
Daniel: we already extend the rental for a few days
Zach: you can't saying anything because we changed our flights
*you sigh*
Y/N: okay I won't but-
Jonah: he already went back to LA
Y/N: with her?
Corbyn: yeah
Y/N: that's fine
*you phone rings but hang up *
Zach: you're not gonna answer?
Y/N: it's just my dad asking me to come over
Corbyn: you haven't told him you're here?
Y/N: no and I want it to stay like that
Boys: okay

A few hours later.

We were watching movies while nurses come and check how I was doing. Finally the doctor came in and talked to us.

Doctor: Y/N how are you feeling?
Y/N: still in pain but everything's fine
Doctor: did you sleep good?
Y/N: a little bit
Doctor: that's good we'll Imma do a few check up and see if you're able to go home in the morning
Y/N: okay
*he checks everything he needs*
Doctor: we're gonna do an X-Ray and see how bad they are
Y/N: I'm ready whenever you are

Later that night.

We're just waiting for the results of my X-ray and the checkup that feels like happens every hour. I took a nap while the boys went to go get food except Jonah he stayed behind with me. I was waken by the boys coming in.

Y/N: well this is a nice way to wake up to
Zach: sorry we didn't know you were sleeping
Jonah: I texted you to come in quietly since she's sleeping
*he checks his phone*
Zach: oh
*you all laugh as the doctor came in*
Doctor: how's the pain?
Y/N: it's like it's not even there
Doctor: that's good so good news and bad news which one do you want to hear?
Daniel: we should do the bad one first
Y/N: I agree
Doctor: okay well you're gonna have to go to therapy at least 5 days a week to get your right arm back to normal
Corbyn: it's not that bad
Jonah: now for the good news
Doctor: right well tomorrow you get to rest at home
Y/N: really?
Doctor: yeah I'll come in the morning with some paper and you just sign and go home
*you hugged the doctor*
Y/N: thank you so much
Doctor: of course you just get your last night rest
Boys: thank you
Doctor: of course
*he walks out & the boys hugged you*
Corbyn: you're going home
Y/N: I know I'm so happy
