Chapter Seven: The letter

As time passes by, the dismissal arrives and I almost forgot. That I have to give the letter to the student council. That letter of course came from Jake which he was sort of busy during the dismissal. Because he had a date with Sally.

I'm not jealous of him. It's just that he spends more time on his girlfriend rather than his friends, right?

I arrived at the student council room and then in the hall were Carl and Lucy leaving at the student council room.

But then they saw me and then Carl and Lucy smiled and then waved at me.

"Hey, Rogan," he said, as he slowly approaches me and then on his way he noticed an envelope right in my hand "oh, what is that in your hand. Is that a letter?"

"Yeah," I said, rashly. Why do I have to act on such impulse all the time? Why? Just why?

He then hold on to my shoulder as if he was about to say something so ominous to me. I have a bad feeling about this. I am so nervous right now. I don't know what to do. What should I do?

Then he whispers into my ear softly.

"I think you should give it to Alice," he said, softly and right now I was stunned like 'what the heck is going on?' and then he went off saying "because Lucy and I are gotta go now. Bye."

"Yeah, just give it to her," said Lucy, I feel like something is suspicious going on in the student council. I don't know why "because our school service is waiting for us. Goodbye."

And then she went off to the hallway.

Then, later on, I arrived at the student council room and then I saw another person with black hair with green highlights and then she faces me and then I saw her green eyes.

"Oh, y-you finally arrived," said Alice cheerfully. Who was that girl? And why does Alice want me here exactly? Hmm... quite peculiar, I think "oh, meet Kelcy by the way. One of my friends at school."

"Nice to meet you, Kelcy," I said, lending out my hand to her. I think it was a sign of a good impression to her, I guess.

"Nice to meet you too," said Kelcy she holds my hand firmly and then shakes it slowly "mister..."

"...Larsson," I said, I feel weird saying my last name and my name "Rogan, Larsson."

"Oh, Rogan," said Kelcy I think that she knows me already or something. But why did she ask my name? Does she have to double-check if it was me? Or not "Your name sounds so familiar. I think someone mentions your name before but I don't know where."

Wait, someone else is talking about me. Then who is it?

"Well, there are rumors about you and Hollyhock are hanging out, am I correct," Aiden asked. I think he was right. We do hang out. Only as friends and nothing more than that. I think I should know my limitations for a while "I feel like you two have something on each other am I correct?"

"No, I don't... think so," I said, calmly. No, we don't have something on each other and I don't want to assume that she feels like we have something on each other. I just don't think there is enough proof of that kind of thing "we're just friends... and she's the only new friend I've got other than Jake. I don't know anything about this 'rumor' after all."

"Well, there are some things that I guess you'll never know," said Alice, and then she looked into my hand and then she finds an envelope that is in my hand and tries to change the subject "anyway, what's in that envelope, Rogan?"

"Uhh... this," I said putting the envelope right on her desk, and then Alice decides to grab it, and then she slowly opened the letter, and then she expected it to be something from Jake itself and it was another...
