Paging Dr. Kim

Chapter 2

I parked in my spot and walked up to my apartment, before I could even open the door I could hear my best friend yelling.

"COME ON DUDE WHAT THE FUCK! NO! I SAID THEY WERE ON OUR LEFT!"

"Hey kookie" I smiled.

"Hey Charlie" he smiled without looking away from his video game "how was your appointment?"

"It was okay, I have to tell you how ho-"

"HOLY SHIT COME ON! Sorry..tell me what?"

"How hot the doctor was" I smiled.

Being best friends with Jungkook for so long and living together for three years, I've gotten used to our conversations playing out this way when he gets absorbed in his video games.

I flopped down onto the couch and took out my ponytail letting my long red hair fall so I could massage my scalp "god he was so fucking hot" I closed my eyes "funny too"

"So you're crushing on the doctor?"

"No, but I definitely appreciated the eye candy" I chuckled.

He shook his head at me as he continued playing his game, I scrolled through my phone and tuned him out as he continued to yell and scream through his headset. When he was finally done playing (he got tired of losing) he sat next to me on the couch and put his head in my lap.

"What's for dinner?"

"Hell if I know" I shook my head.

"Order in, go out, or cook?"

"Ehhh.. go out I guess? I can't have anything to eat or drink after midnight so let's go pig out somewhere"

"What are you fasting for?"

"Blood work" I pouted.

"Need me to go with you?"

"Yes please, you know how I am about needles"

"Says the girl with tattoos" he rolled his eyes.

"Those are different!" I pinched his nipple through his shirt making him laugh as he rubbed it.

"Okay, okay" he chuckled "which buffet should we go to?"

"Ooooh that new chinese buffet opened up like two weeks ago, I heard good stuff about it"

"Sounds good to me. You gonna be okay getting your own food this time?"

"If you stand next to me" I giggled making him roll his eyes and smile.

"Fine. Pain in my ass"

"You love me though" I cheesed.

"Unfortunately" he got up to walk away and I smacked his ass making him laugh as he went to his room to get changed.

"Looks nice in here" he whispered in my ear as we waited to be seated.

"Yeah it does" I nodded as I stared at the Koi pond and the fancy chandeliers they had hanging, traditional Chinese artwork lined the walls and they had waterfall lights along the back wall. Once we were seated and ordered our drinks I followed him over to the giant tables lined with steam trays and different foods, we started loading up our plates and looking at the different dishes available.

"Kook? Charlie?"

We turned around at the deep voice
"Tae!" I smiled and put my plate down to hug him, he chuckled as he wrapped his arms around me.

"I miss you guys!"

"We miss you too" Jungkook said as he gave him a quick hug.

"Want to come sit with me and my brother?" He offered and we accepted, after we loaded up our plates we followed him to his table, Jungkook grabbed our drinks and silverware from our table and sat down next to me in the booth across from Tae and the empty spot next to him.
