There's two reasons as to why this ship is a huge miss.
First off she's married. The creator himself confirmed her husband is just working overseas and we will actually see him in the future. So I really wouldn't feel right shipping someone with someone else when she's already taken. I do not condone cheating.
Now even if you take that away, the second reason is that All Might is a teacher and mentor to Izuku. Just think, it would be pretty awkward and definitely freak you out if you heard your teacher starts to date your mom. Yikes.
I love ships that are cute, and this one definitely is. But cute is not enough for me to ship.
