Spolier warning: Before any of you say "ew incest!" It's not incest! Yes Senkus dad is basically an ancestor to most of the village, however that's not Senkus real bloodline dad so he's not really related to them and plus like senku said nobody is really related after that many years ahead in time.
Anyway I say ship! Screw Senku x Gin! But to be honest I'm not to on board with this ship either. I mean Senku x science seems more likely.
