It's hard to not love this ship. Even though if she ever did love him, Luffy would probably be completely clueless anyway.
It's pretty cute and they've had lots of cute moments like when Luffy saved her from arlong.
I would give it a 100 but Oda said there is no romance between the strawhats so the chance of this actually happening is almost nothing.
