— Reiji is been quiet lately... isn't he going to do anything? It's been a week or so already. But I shouldn't low my guard like that,after all the silence comes before the actual storm!
— Leaving the topic about Reiji,it's been a long time since I was reborn here,I can still remember how it was the first time I woke up as a baby in there...I was kinda cute as compensation for having such bad parents. Nyx was quite loving back then,maybe because I was too little to handle her bad personality..
Flashback time:
— Please push just a little more,my lady! The baby Is almost coming out!. Encouraged a maid
— Ah! Please just come out at once!. Growled a blonde haired woman,her grip tightening more and more on the blankets.
After so much effort,a loud cry could finally be heard on the cold tense room.
— it's a girl,my lady! A healthy girl!
celebrated the maid with the tiny baby on her arms.
— So you finally gave birth,Nyx. And a girl,it seems. A deep voice echoed in the room and the shadow of a tall handsome man formed. Karlheinz,the father of the newborn.
— Karl! You came to see her! I'm so happy my dear!
The woman seemed happy with the presence of the old vampire,just like a child seeing a piece of candy.
When the woman rushed to hug the tall man,he softly pushed her back to the bed.
— my dear wife,you should rest for now. And the name of the baby..
The man looked at the newborn in the arms of the blonde haired.
— Name her Eris. Well, unfortunately now I need to leave my sweet wife. I've got a lot of work,I wont be able to come by so I will send a servant to come check on you and on Eris.
And after finishing his sentence,he coldly left the room.
— Karl wait!
The woman couldn't even protest against the cold actions of her husband,she lowered her head almost crying until she saw the kid on her arms.
— You're..my child..with him..? I..why he's so cold towards you my baby? Aren't we good enough? I even gave up on succeeding my family..
low cries echoed through the empty and cold room...
The baby then smiled at her mom,making her stop crying at the same moment.
Coming back to the current time:
— Geez,even back then he was a jerk to the core! How could she fall in love with him??
Said the angry girl with evident contempt on her eyes.
A maid awkwardly approached the young girl feeling apprehensive for interrupting her loud thoughts.
— M-my lady..the madam is requesting to s-see y-
— Mother? Then, I'll go. Lead the way.
Without any objections and any other words,the guy silently followed the maid to the designed place.
Finally another finished chapter my dear readers! I would appreciate if you guys left some ideas in there,because I've been running out of ideas lately :(
