The next morning had been an early morning. Jasmine had to get ready for school and Mr. and Mrs. Payne had to be out for work early. Once Kat was done with eating breakfast, she quickly got up and grabbed her purse. "Okay, Jenna, be sure everything is clean and okay and make sure my Liam is doing okay. I tried talking to him this morning, but he wasn't well," Kat said as she kissed Jasmine goodbye. "Love you, sweet girl. Have a great day at school today!" And with that, Kat left.

After Jenna helped Jasmine do her hair and made sure everything was prepared for her day, Jasmine left to her bus stop. "Love you, Jenna!" Jasmine told her for the first time before she left.

That made Jenna's heart happy. "Love you too!" Jenna said as she waved. After she closed the door, it grew silent. Liam was still sleeping and she knew that he wasn't going to wake up anytime soon from all the hours he stood awake last night.

After hours of cleaning and gardening in the backyard, Liam still was not awake. 12 o' clock noon had already approached. She went back to his room to check on him and sure enough, he was still sleeping. Jenna gently tugged on his arm, trying to wake him up. "Liam?" She said in a soft whisper.

"Mmmm?" He grunted a little loud.

Jenna couldn't help but giggle to herself. "Liam, you need to eat something. After all the wine you consumed, your body needs some real food."

He shook his head as his eyes were still closed. "I'm not hungry," he mumbled in a deep and groggy voice.

        "Well, do you need anything?"

"Sleep," he said. Right after he said that, he fell back to sleep again.

Moments like this, Jenna couldn't help but laugh. As she was about to leave his room, she heard his phone start to ring as he was deep in slumber. She quickly grabbed it and picked it up.

"Hello, this is Mr.Payne's maid speaking, is there anything you need?" She asked with a smile.

"Uh, yeah..I need to talk to Mr. Payne..." The masculine voice said in a sarcastic tone.

"He's not available right now--" before Jenna could finish, Liam quickly sat up and snatched the phone from Jenna.

"Yeah, hello?" Liam answered in a groggy voice as he put his fingers through his hair.

Jenna quickly looked away as Liam took off his blanket, revealing his abs and briefs. Jenna's cheeks became flushed with red as she proceeded out of the room, looking down.

As Jenna walked out of the room, it made him smile to see that he brought a radiance to Jenna's face. Even though he was frustrated about last night, he would definitely never be frustrated about her beauty. He snapped out of his daze right when she left the room.

"Liam?" Niall asked on the other line, waiting for his response from whatever he said before.

"Yeah! Sorry. I'm kind of really tired," he partially lied. He was tired, but that wasn't the reason why he wasn't listening.

"It's okay, man. Just get as much rest as you need and we'll talk about Jack later."

"Wait. What about Jack??" He asked, fully paying attention now. He got up from his king sized bed and walked out to his balcony. He put his fingers through his hair again as the wind played with it.

"He's acting really weird, bro. Like, he's hurt," Niall said genuinely.

"What do you want me to do?? Revive his slave??"  Liam asked, raising his eyebrow.

"No, but you should atleast talk to him after the meeting tomorrow. I'm honestly just getting so sick of this drama between you two."

"Anyway," Liam said, attempting to stop the conversation. "I have to go. I need to just sleep some more."  Liam did not want to think about this situation anymore. He was starting to think it was all his fault that Zayn's maid is dead.

        "Alright. Later, lad."

And with that, Liam hung up and went straight to his bed; one thing he noticed was a cup of tea sitting on his nightstand. As he drank the tea, he couldn't help but hear Jenna singing downstairs. He loved her sweet voice. It was uplifting like honey to the soul; so sweet. He got out of his bed again and slowly went downstairs, trying not to interrupt her from her work.

Jenna was wiping down the tables in delight like last night did not have a hold on her. It was the most amazing thing and he was always captivated by it.

"Um, thank you for my cup of tea," Liam said, failing at not interrupting her. He still only had his briefs on.

She looked at him and immediately looked back down, blushing again. "You're welcome," she said as she was wiping the dining room table still.

Liam grabbed a dining room chair and sat down. "Do you still have breakfast left?"

"Yes! Of course! I have your favorite!" Jenna quickly went to the kitchen and got his food out of the microwave. It was pancakes and bacon. His favorite. She quickly passed the food to him along with some coffee.

Liam smiled at the plate and smiled up at her. It all reminded him that it was a new day and what is done in the past he can't undo, but there is still more to look forward to. "Can you sit with me?"

Jenna sat down straight and folded her hands. She may have been a slave, but she was a queen in Liam's eyes.

Liam looked at her with sympathy. Her beautiful tired eyes were sulking but she was trying to hold her composure as much as she could. "Are you okay?"

She slightly nodded, looking around the house to see if there is anything else she could do. She lied. She just didn't want to think about what happened last night.

After a couple of moments of silence from Liam observing her, he felt rather concerned for her. Why did he care this much? "No, you're not."

Jenna looked straight into his eyes, drawing Liam in with every second. "Would you consider me to be okay when you tried to seduce me last night?" She asked in sarcastic tone. "Would you expect me to be okay with being ripped apart from my parents who I will never see again??" She balled her hand up to a fist and placed it on her mouth. Tears began to roll down her face. "Oh God, but do I still continue to forgive you, Liam. It is a daily choice," Jenna said as she was slightly turned away from him.

Liam appeared speechless. He had feelings that could not be put into words. He slowly picked up his fork and started eating. He slightly covered his mouth as he sighed. He was so tired of being around a Lantra who he will never be able to be with. "I don't know how I'm gonna put up with this any longer..." Liam slightly said under his breath.

"For now, let's just not talk about this, okay?"

Liam slightly nodded his head. "I would like that."

During Liam's breakfast, Jenna and Liam talked without getting under eachother's skin and laughed some. It was a very pleasant conversation and it was a conversation that Jenna hasn't had in a while. As Jenna talked away, Liam always looked at her like he was about to kiss her. He looked at her with a look that was sacred; a look that a man only gives a woman who he truly loves.

After a few moments of silence, Liam looked at Jenna as a huge smile spread across his face. "I would like to take you somewhere very special to me," Liam said as he put his empty plate to the side.

Jenna's heart stopped, considering that she had to stay in the house at all times.
