Ashes eyes slowly opened, adjusting to the morning light which shined through the loft window. He grabbed his phone off his chest, checking the time.

"mmm... 7.. am? I guess I woke up early..." Ash mumbled to himself. He yawned quietly, sitting up and looking at his Pokemon. Pikachu was awake, staring at Ash happily. His other pokemon were still happily asleep. Ash chuckled to himself and stood up, allowing himself a nice stretch.

He climbed down from the loft, Pikachu following him. His bare feet tapped into the kitchen, a note on the fridge.

'Alola, Ash!' The note began.

'Burnet and I had to travel reigons for most of this break. Theres money in the drawer under the utensils for takeout and groceries! (also mallows.) Take care and if your friends come over, don't make a mess! - Burnet and Kukui! <3'

Ash held his note, reading word after word. He sighed, "I guess I'll be alone for a while.." This sparked something in him, his body almost automatically walking to the door and locking it. He sighed in relief, and heard his pokemon beginning to wake up. He smiledn "Gooodmorning everyone! Lets get a feast prepared, yeah!?" he yelled. Coos of agreement followed, and Ash did his daily routine.

1. Feed the pokemon.

2. Eat some delicious food prepared by Kukui---- Himself!

3. Train!

4. go out and have fun!

Ash didn't do 4.

After training, he was a little more exhausted than usual. He plopped down on the sofa, his pokemon around playing together. Ash took out his phone and opened the GC...

'GAY SUS CHILDREN - gc'

Lana: bro who tf changed the name..

Mallow: wsnt me lol!

Ash: i'll be preparing some movies for us!! cya then!

everyone: bye ash!!

Ash set his phone down, blinking slightly tiredly as he stood up. His pokemon looked at him curiously for only a moment, then continued playing. Ash grabbed the remote and turned on the TV, opening Netflix.

He scrolled through movies, picking out a few Romance/horror and some Adventure movies. Once he was satisfied, he turned it off. Suddenly, he got an idea. He shot up from the couch and grabbed his spare keys. "Kay, guys!! I'm going to the store, I'll be back soon!" And without another word, Pikachu followed him out the door and they walked across the sandy beaches to the markets.

This morning, it wasn't really busy, people were barely opening. Ash walked down the stone floors, looking for the right shops for his needs. He stopped at one which had a ton of snacks.

"Alola!" Ash exclaimed and greeted the shopkeeper.

"Alola, son. What can I get ya?" he asked.

Ash picked out a few candies and huge bags of chips, along with some pokemon malasadas. With about 5 bags in his arms and not a dent in his bank account,  (champion tings..) he made his way back to the house.

He arrived not too long after, closing the door behind him and securely locking it. He placed the bags on the counters and took everything out, organizing them evenly (for the most part.)

Ash flopped back onto the couch. Now all he had to do was wait.
