In The Closet (COMPLETE)

Chapter 3

"Are you coming to the after party?" asked Jennie.

"Oh, Uh, sure," I said.

"Great!"

I got into her car and we drove to the party.

She went off with Taehyung while I stayed back with Jimin. She was all over him.

"Have you ever even kissed a girl?" Jimin interrupted my staring.

"Oh, no," I replied.

"You should get on with that," he said.

"Working on it," I said while looking at Jennie.

"No, you need to find a girl who's gay and single," he said.

"Do you think Jennie likes girls too?"

"She might be bi," he said, "but she's also in a full blown relationship."

"Yeah, don't remind me."

"You should just move on," he said.

"I can't," I said.

"Only until she's single," he said, "find someone to take your mind off things, experience new things."

"So you're saying I should just hook up with a bunch of girls until Jennie is single? And then what?"

He chuckled, "then you make your move on her."

"Fine, if you can find me a girl, then I'll do it."

"Deal."

"Homecoming was so much fun!" Jennie sang at school on Monday.

"Yeah, it sure was," I said.

"So, what did you think of Jimin?" she asked.

"He's cool; I like him as a friend."

"Oh come on, he's so hot, you have got to date him!"

"I think we're better off as friends," I said with a shrug.

"Roseanne, I've never seen you date a guy before. It's senior year, it's about time you have a boyfriend," she said.

Maybe I want a girlfriend, I thought. But I just didn't say anything at all.

"Do you guys wanna go to a Halloween party?" I asked my friends during lunch.

"Can't," Jennie said, "I'm going to the cider mill and then a haunted house with Taehyung."

"I, on the other hand, am so down to party," said Jisoo.

"Great," I said, "I'll ask Jimin too."

"Ask Jimin what?" he asked as he sat down at our table. He doesn't always sit with us but sometimes he joins us.

"Any plans for Halloween?" I asked.

"No, why?"

"Let's go to a party," I said.

"Hell yeah," he said.

It was Halloween. I threw on all black clothes and my lace cat ears. Simple, but cute.

I waited for Jimin and Jisoo to show up so that we could all drive together.

Jisoo came over with a bunny costume; Jimin just wore a skeleton shirt.

"Nice costumes," i said.

"You too," said Jimin.

"Ready to go?" asked Jisoo.
