One of Aries' assignments that year was partner work; her and Viktoria decided that they would work together to combine their projects, Viktoria had been round the flat the majority of the week trying to finish.

"You're getting paint on the ground." Angelika said, watching them.

"You could always help clean it up, Angie." Viktoria rolled her eyes.

"Ooh, that looks cool." Simon said, walking out of his room.

"Only taken us a week." Viktoria sighed as she added more colours.

"Maybe we should take a break." Aries said, looking at the clock, it was almost midnight and they had started a few hours ago.

Viktoria nodded, setting down the paintbrush. "My back is killing me."

Aries agreed, as she was about to take her seat there was a knock at the door.

"Who the bloody hell is that?" Simon asked, going to open it but Aries got a bad feeling.

"Wait." she stopped him, "I'll get it."

She walked cautiously towards the door, her hand in her pocket just in case she needed to grab her wand, she creeped it open looking through the gap. "Sirius?"

He stood in the doorway, his eyes were red and puffed up. "Hi, can I stay here please?"

"Of course," she said, opening the door. "What's happened?"

He sniffed, wiping his eyes. His voice was shaky and breathy. "Um, Dumbledore came to see Remus and I earlier and- he sent Remus on a mission with the pack, I didn't want to go to James' because I know he'll say everything will be fine, but it's not fine and I can't stay in the flat by myself."

Aries nodded. "Of course you can stay, Sirius."

"Thank you." he said, she opened the door wider so he could walk in.

Simon poked his head through the hallway.

"All good?" he asked, concerned.

Aries nodded and showed Sirius to her room and pulled out a blow up mattress from the cupboard, she used her wand to fill it with air she didn't want to fuss about with the pump, she gave him a blanket and pillows and let him lie down. The only light came from the high full moon, Sirius didn't say anything but she could hear his muffled cries as he tried to sleep.

The morning after Aries woke up first, she looked down and saw her brother still asleep. She decided to let him lie in a bit more, it was only nine.

She walked into the kitchen and saw Leo and Simon eating breakfast, she tilted her head at Leo who was eating toast.

"My toaster broke," he smiled.
