Gray looked to where Ivory was pointing. There was a sentence written in red on it. It read: "աɛ'ʋɛ ʄօʊռɖ ʏօʊ, ɨʋօʀʏ քǟɢɛ." Chills shot up Gray's and Ivory's spines. Gray turned away, and walked over to Ivory. "What the heck did you do to them?" He asked her, his voice still shaken. Ivory shrugged, and walked towards her mirror. She placed her finger on the writing. It was thick, and warm. "Is this... blood?" She asked horrified. She quickly grabbed a tissue from her tissue box sitting on the table beneath the mirror. She wiped her finger and tossed the rag in the trash. Gray walked up behind her, placing his hand on her shoulder. She jumped at this, thinking it was whatever lurked in the shadows.
"Eep!" She squeaked, turning around with her eyes closed and smacked at whatever had touched her. "Ow!" She heard Gray pout. She opened her bright blue eyes. "Oh my gosh, Gray! I'm sorry!" She pardoned. He was rubbing his cheek softly, and he puled his hand away and Ivory saw her hand outlined on his face. "Pfftt." She laughed. "I'm not actually that sorry anymore. You should see your face!" He glared down at her. She thinned out her lips and widened her eyes. "N-never mind."
Gray was the one laughing this time. Brick came into the room reluctantly, to see what was going on. He rubbed up against Gray's leg, and then Ivory's. Ivory bent down to pick up the tabby. He meowed and burrowed into her shoulder. "Ivory, we should probably clean this up." Gray gestured to the glass on the floor and the blood on the other mirror. "Oh yeah." She turned and walked out of her bedroom, heading down the hallway that lead to the kitchen.
She put Brick down, grabbed some wipes and paper towels, and then went to the laundry room for the vacuum. Gray came and took the wipes and towels while she rolled the vacuum to her room. Ivory picked up the plastic frame to the handheld mirror, and tossed it in the trash. Gray started wiping down the mirror. Ivory detached the hose from the vacuum, and used it to clean up the glass mess. "Hey, Ivory?" Gray said, not turning her way. She turned around to look at him. "Yeah?" He turned as well. "I'm sorry I didn't exactly believe you when you first told me."
Ivory searched his face, for any sign that he was lying. She didn't find anything. "It's fine."
