Techno was already fuzzy, but when his joke didn't land and he got scolded, it pushed him over the edge. He started crying and he ran away to hide before Phil could be mean to him more. Phil went looking for him to apologize and he found him in the bathtub. Phil pulled the little close and apologized. Techno felt sleepy and Phil got him some angel milk to help fall asleep :)
