Chapter 28: Toyono mountains(part 2)

- In case it wasn't clear that was my technique, says the curse user.

Ryuu and Kuroo are still shaken by their opponent, first Ryuu tought that he got him but not only did he come back unscathed, he also landed a good one on Kuroo,

- Hey you two! Screams Naonobu, get your heads out of big dumbasses!

Naonobu was still dealing with the other 2 curse users. Ryuu and Kuroo knows better than going in fight without thinking, Ryuu decide to attack the guy cautiously, Kuroo on the other hand moves away from Ryuu and his opponent to see if maybe his technique has a range restriction,

- You two don't get it! Says the curse user, your efforts are useless!

He punchs Ryu with all his strength, but Ryuu parry him with his arms, but at the same time Ryuu is hit in his abdomen, at the same time Inari attack the curse user from behind, he is caught by surprise, because of Inari's ability to hide its cursed energy ( Inari is one of Kuroo's 5 shikigamis, it has the ability to hide cursed energy).

Inari's attack was success, but since Inari isn't that strong the damages are little,

- Shouldn't you be focusing on taking down the guy in the sky? Ask Ryuu.

- He won't be attacking us anytime soon, so I figured I should help you out with this guys, replies Kuroo.

- In that case go help Naonobu, I will take care of this one shortly!

Kuroo follows Ryuu's instructions go give a hand to Naonobu who is facing two guys at the same time, they are giving him quiet the beating despite him being an expert at hand to hand combat,

- Took you long enough, what the hell were you doing? Asks Naonobu.

- Sorry I was distracted, replies Kuroo, any technique I should be aware of.

- No, but be careful with the knife guy he has many blades on him and he tends to throw them.

Lucky Noanobu he has Kuroo with him who is an expert at long distance combat. Kuroo proceed by releasing Inari and summons Okashi, a bear the strongest in his collection, the shikigami attacks first, then it is followed by Naonobu, the skigami manages to separate the two curse user, Kuroo is aiming for the guy with the knives leaving the other one to Naonobu. The guy dodges Okashi's attacks easily, he throw two knives at Kuroo so fast that Kuroo didn't see anything coming, the first knife end in his shoulder while the other scratches his face,

- Oops I missed, says the curse user, hey kid be careful I might kill you next time.

Okashi keep going with his assault but the curse user is agile enough to dodge the attacks, he finds an opening and aim at Kuroo, but at that exact same time Kuroo releases Karasu, to obstruct his opponent's view, he doesn't just stop there, he attached an ultra resistant wire to two of divisions of karasu that attach the curse user while Kumami is giving him quiet the beating,

- Using a normal object that has no cursed energy imbued in it, might come as surprise in a fight between sorcerers, I'll have to remember that lesson.

(Ps: he learned that from Naonobu he even got the wire from him.)

Meanwhile Ryuu is still fighting the guy from earlier, and he found out what his cursed technique is, double impact. Which allows his user to create a second impact in delimited zone, the intensity of the second impact depends on the amount of cursed energy the user put in use, to counter it Ryuu used his cursed exchange to borrow Fushiguro's divin dogs, because apparently the cursed technique deosn't work on attacks like sword cuts or animal's claws, the curse user realizes that he is in a tight spot,

- You figured out my technique huh? He says annoyed, think again I'm not done yet here!

After his last words he claps his hands and then one of the dog is hit by the 2nd impact created his technique, then he charges at Ryuu who uses the last dog as a decoy to create an opening, he goes all out on that opening and punch him but he delays his punch, which confirms his theory. The curse user's technique depends on timing if he messes up the timing he won't be able to activate his technique, but as a result his attack wasn't that strong,

- You will not beat me like that!

- Sorry to tell you this but this is over! Replies Ryuu, divin dog totality!

The divin dog that was used as a decoy becomes bigger, while the first one disappear and turn back into shadow, it stubs him with it claws that goes through like warm butter, it became divine dog

Now all three of them have finished their opponent and they are ready to move on, but the problem of the guy in the sky is still there. So they use Iguro's gates through Ryuu's cursed exchange, they manage to get closer to the enemies HQ, without the curse user in the sky notice.

Meanwhile outside of the barrier, sorcerers were gathering among which the 2 Manami brothers, Futakuchi Shimizu, Giyu even Saeko is there. You might be wondering why special grade like Satoru Gojo or Fushiguro senpai aren't there, well the answer is the higher-ups didn't want any of them participate in this event because they could try to save me, that's why they sent a lot of first grade sorcerer than normal even the special 1st grade like Mr Shimizu.

Back inside the barrier, the Ryuu and the others are still looking for the entrance to the enemy base, they try to stay out of sight of the guy in the sky, Naonobu stops walking all of a sudden,

- Did you guys hear that? Asks Naonobu.

The other two deny hearing anything, Noanobu realize it is Ginjima's technique. He rushes to where he thinks it is coming from, he enters a cave that was a head of them. The other two follows him and try to stop him, but the faster they run the more he distance them,

- Ryuu stop running! There's nothing we can do about Naonobu at this point.

- What are you talking about? Asks Ryuu.

- We are trapped in some sort of barrier, take a look behind us.

When Ryuu turns around he doesn't see the entrance of the cave, instead there are two paths ways, from which emerge two shikigamis, followed by the girl Fushiguro-senpai fought.
