Chapter 11: Kyoto!

After his mission with Manami, Ojiro spends most of his time with me during different missions, I can't let him get dispatched on a mission he can't handle and get killed, I also use that as his training since he will be participating in the exchange event, he has to be stronger si that he can show off to those old farts that he is not an easy target.

But something else is bothering me now, according to the reports from all the missions, there are curse user who appear to be after cursed spirit, I wonder what the want by exorcising all those curses, the thing that worries me the most is that they appear only when sorcerer are dispatched to a mission from semi-1st to special grade curses. With this information it means that they have someone in the jujutsu world who is ranked really high to get those informations, and also why are they after strong cursed spirit? All those questions need to be answered, all of sudden I'm brough to earth by Ojiro, "I'm done!", he says that as the cursed spirit behind him disappears, I'm kinda surprised, that was a 2nd grade curse, and he looks like he not tired, that kid sure is improving fast. Few months ago he was just 4th grade, in my opinion at the time I though that becoming a 2nd grade was the furthest he could go but look at him now he is a totally different person.

It looks like we have been dispatched to another mission again, these old geezers won't give us any minute to breath. For now we decide to take a break and go have some lunch. Ojiro orders a bunch of stuffs, in a way he kinda reminds me of Itadori back when he joined jujutsu tech. While we're eating Ojiro asks me about Tendo,

- Tendo was a student of jujutsu tech, actually I'm the one who introduced him to the jujutsu world, he became stronger with each day, but during his last year at jujutsu tech there was this incident that happened with the higher-ups and one of his classmate who died in a mission, then everything changed...

Now I'm starting to remenber all those things that happened back then, thank you ojiro now I'm depressed,

- I see..., says Ojiro, but if you don't mind what happened between him and Anko, the way they were talking, it looked like they were close.

- Back when, Anko joined jujutsu tech, Tendo was in his 4th year, Tendo took Anko under his wing and he would help him with his training or invite him to join him in some missions, the two were really close, I think the person who was more devastated after Tendo became a curse user was Anko.

- I understand now...

After our lunch we go back to work, those curses won't exorcise themselves. We spend most of the 2 weeks in missions exorcising some strong curses, the other time Ojiro spend it fighting against me, slowly but surely he is improving, form what I see his comrades are improving too i hope they'll make me proud in the event. The day before the event, principal Kusakabe calls me to tell me that Mira won't be participating,

- How did that happen?

- Apparently she's stuck in a mission last second, says the principle,talk about a coincidence...

- The old geezers are up to something, but I think they are still mad that we opposed to the execution of Ojiro, I think they are going to try something funny during the exchange event.

- If we leave Ojiro out of the event, we will have only a team of 5, without Mira we are certain to loose and if we loose this time too, they are going to gain more influence over the jujutsu world.

- We are going to let him participate, he is not an easy target as for Mira we are going to replace her with Kuroo.

- If you say so...

The day of the exchange event we are all set for the trip to Kyoto, but for some reason Saeko isn't here yet, what the hell is she doing,

- Sorry guys for the wait...

She is carrying a hell lot of luggage, for how long does she think we're staying in Kyoto, she kinda reminds me of Nobara though,

- We're all here, so let get going.

- Somebody helps me, I can't carry all this all by myself.

I know where this is going, Ryu won't help her, Kuroo is to lazy to even think about helping out other, Anko won't help her he is still recovering, Giyu is so carefree that he won't even consider helping her and that leaves...,

- Okay give me a little bit of that I'm going to help.

- Thanks Shimada you are the best...

And there she goes, she dump all her stuff on Ojiro, she defenetly is just like Nobara, at least I had Itadori with me so I dodged all her carrying work.

6 hours later we're in Kyoto, we are welcomed by Noritoshi himself and his student, I guess those student are the ones participating by watching their cursed energy flow I can tell that some are really strong, this event won't be easy at all fro my student,

- Welcome in Kyoto, says Kamo,we are happy to have you.

- Huh..., when does the team battle begins? I ask.

- As always..., the competition will kick off soon.

While we're talking Shinji goes to see Ojiro, I think he is going to bully him, people like that are always such a pain in the butt, more annoying than that they are Todo's student, comes to think of it, where is he by the way? Anyways is it me or kamo's student are drooling blood lust all over the place, did Kamo told them to kill Ojiro, I doubt it, but Ojiro isn't the same, he is stronger than before, I know he will survive.
