Chapter 15 - Location 

I fainted.

Yes you read correctly, as long as the words left Officer Jamal’s lips, I saw black spots and blacked out completely. The last thing that I remember was Ty yelling my name, and my head not hitting the floor.

I groaned in pain, as I tried to open my eyes. My hand was holding my head, while hushed voices spoke around me.

“Maybe we should wait till her mother comes home. I think that this is too much for her to handle” An officer said.

“You really think, that she is going to wait another day, when she has been waiting for five days already to hear anything about her little sister. No offence, but you have some serious issues” Ty snapped, and resisted the urge to chuckle.

Always my knight in shining armor.

I pried my eyes open and blinked a few times, adjusting to the light.

“Ty” I whispered, and warm harms cupped my face.

“Why hello there sleeping beauty” he smirked, and I swatted at his face.  He chuckled, and helped me sit up on the couch.

“Are you okay Miss Blake?” Officer Kale asked as he crouched down in front of me,

“Yes, thank you. I’m sorry for slightly overreacting”  I blushed and he laughed.

“That was the perfect reaction Miss Blake. I know it has been tough. So we need you to understand, seeming as we have your father’s location we cannot just go barging in there” Kale said, as he looked me in the eye.

“We need to track him. See what he is doing, if he has associated himself with anybody dangerous. We may be the police Amber, but we cannot risk hurting your sister, or our police force. Are we on the same page so far?”

I nodded. He got up from his position and made his way to the vacant arm chair. Ty sat next to me, and Officer Jamal occupied the other arm chair.

“We only know where he is. We do not know if he has any weapons or if he has anybody watching out for him” Jamal said

“We were able to trace his cellphone. He had thrown it in a river about 20 miles from his location. He is at a old abandoned barn, said to be an old gang hang out. The call was traced to here. He must have been trying to scare you, but your records show that nobody answered the phone call” Kale said

“So our next step is to start tracing Gabe Blake. See if he is going anywhere, meeting anyone, that's how we will be able to get your sister out”

“YOU FOUND HER?” Mother screamed from the door making us all jump.

How… when… When did she get here?

“Mrs Blake, please take a seat” Jamal said kindly.

Mom shut the door and shakily but quickly sat next to me.

Officer Kale and Jamal repeated everything they told me to mom. She cried hysterically, obviously out of relief but also sorrow for where Holly is.

“But you need to get her out now!” Mom yelled, and I sighed.

“Mom they can’t and you know that. That will only endanger Holly more” I whispered as I hugged her.
