Izuku woke up pretty early, not that he could complain. It would have been nice not to wake up at bloody 4 am, but he got home and around 9:30/10 pm last night and fell asleep right away! Even better, he was able to remain sleeping the whole night! No waking up at different times like usual.

He got ready pretty quickly. Pulling on some jeans and and long sleeved shirt that said hand, because he took one look at it and his eyes practically lit up with stars, which of course Rumi saw.

His hair was getting pretty long, so he threw it back in a simple bun. He didn't feel like cutting it, rather liking the length, even if it was hard to maintain. It was pretty curly actually. When his hair was shorter, it was super poofy and he was sure long hair would be a nightmare to maintain. However, as it got longer, it became curly and bouncy instead.

He was driven from his hair filled thoughts with a soft but firm knock at his door. Walking over to answer, he found Sasaki on the other side. Oh, that's right, today was his day wasn't it.

"Good morning." Izuku greeted, his voice still soft with the remains of sleep.

"Morning." he responded. He looked a little anxious, but was obviously trying very hard not to show it, so he wasn't going to call him out on it. "If it's okay with you, I thought we could work on finishing up the garden today."

Izuku nodded. Of course he's okay with that. He's been itching with the need to go down their and finish what they all started as a group.

The two of them made their way down the stairs, slipped on their shoes, and headed outside.

"I'm not all to good with this, but I enjoy plants. However, all that means is I'm not sure what to do next." He said, rubbing the back of his neck with a chuckle. The poor guy looked stiff as a board.

Izuku nodded again, "We cleared all the dead stuff and weeds last time. We need new soil and seeds. Unless you want to get some started plants, that way you don't have to wait for them to sprout."

Sasaki nodded, "I figured as much, so I got some yesterday while you were out." He said, walking over to a pile of the stuff. There were tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelons, strawberries, raspberries, and more.

"Perfect." He said, walking over and picking one of the bags of fertilizer with ease.

.......

Sasaki watched as Izuku walked over to the ridiculously heavy bags of fertilizer that he bought yesterday. Then proceeded to gap in shock at how easily this tiny child picked it up and walked over to one of the beds.

Sure, they weren't too hard to carry, but he was a pro hero, he knew he was strong; he'd be pretty worried if he wasn't. But this was a small, underweight, teenage boy with seemingly no muscles to show.

He shook his head and walked over to grab a bag and get started himself.

When they were done filling all of the planters, Izuku look out a notebook from god knows where and started sketching.

"What are you doing?"

"Making a plan. I'm trying to figurer out what plants work better where for when we plant them." he responded, not even pausing to look up.

"Does it matter?"

"Yes. Certain plants need more sunlight than others, and certain plants need to be in the shade or they will wither and die."

Sasaki blinked. Yeah, he was way out of his league. When Izuku was done, he tore out the page and handed it to him.

He had to pause for a moment to take in how incredible he was at this. On the paper was a detailed sketch of the entire garden at different view points. The plants were already planted in this, and each was labeled.
