13 - End

Last time on Cold as Weiss:

F/N: I promise, but swear to me that you'll only love me.

Weiss: You don't have to say it. You're mine forever.

Wane: "Daaad wake up! We're gonna be late!"

Said by Wane, already dressed for the event.

Zeilah: "Father!!!"

Yelled at by your daughter, you woke up with a racing heart.

Annoyed but you soon smiled seeing your hyper active son and your teenage daughter going through her emo phase.

You: "Where did you get the black dress Zeilah? Looks good on you. Is that a trend these days?"

Zeilah: "Mom bought it for me- I still need you to do my hair dad."

Wane sniffed and received an unpleasant stench.

Wane: "Daddy you stink."

You chuckled after hearing your son.

You: "Well, daddy was out fighting monstrous creatures. Sometimes it can get a liiiiittle messy."

You stood up and went behind Zeilah infront of the mirror. After doing her hair, you took a shower and changed into your formal attire.

You, not you karen, took the kids and drove to your destination.

In a newly built facility was holding an opening ceremony. It was bustling with people, in line waiting outside.

"The sun's gonna be on high noon."

"Is it not starting yet?"

"It's taking forever"

Weiss was waiting in her car, well dressed with a prepared speech in her mind. Annoyed, her family is taking way too long.

Weiss: "Jane.. did you call my husband?"

Jane: "Yes ma'am, I rang them just a minute ago and before."

Weiss: "Well?"

Losing her patience.

Jane: "They... Haven't answered."

Weiss: "Ugh.. We need to start, the people are itching to go in. Lets not make it worse than it already is."

Weiss stepped out of the car, facing a clear path of red carpet. She walked, waving at the people. Greeting the flashes of the cameras with her smile.

She finally arrived at the entrance and gave her speech.

Weiss: "At this very moment.. The start of this big project that envisions to reach the whole world.."

Jane, Weiss' assistant, received a call from her boss' husband.

Jane: (on call) "Sir? Where have you been? The speech had just started."

You: "You know me.. I like to make an entrance."

Weiss: "..Today I proudly announce that this is the official opening of the  Schnee world community center."

She looked over to her assistant, signaling her to hand over the scissors. Jane looked at her in confusion, whispering she doesn't have any. The CEO shrugged with annoyance. She looked at the crowed with an awkward smile, having a cold sweat.

Weiss: (clears throat) "So uh.."

A thunder can be heard.

Weiss: "Now it's gonna rain? This day couldn't get any worse."

Jane: "That's them."

A schnee glyph formed underneath Weiss. It glowed bright, blue electricity started forming within, in a split second, a lightning struck down, and there appears (Y/N) and the kids. Zeila with her rapier, controlling the glyph and lightning while Wane was riding on his father's shoulders.

The crowd watched in awe, such an amazing entrance. After a short delay, they all clapped and Jane played the speakers with some hot beats.

Zeila hugged her mother and kissed Wane on the cheek. Her daughter handed over Wrathynaster (Zeilah's rapier).

Weiss: "No, that's your rapier. Why don't the two of you cut the ribbon?"

You lifted Wane down. The siblings held the sword together. They had one last glance to each other before cutting the red ribbon with a smile.

The family backed away letting the people go in to the Community center.

Weiss looked at you with a bright smile, she brushed her hair over her ear as you pinched her left cheek.

You: "Sorry we we're late."

Weiss: "Not only that but you also stole the show. Hmph. But it's not like I enjoyed it or anything."

You: "Jeez, the cold shoulder."

???: "Miss Zeila!"

A band of paparazzi gathered around Zeila asking tons of questions.

You: "Hey wait.. She's not-"

Zeila: "Get out of my way"

Her eyes glowed in a deep dark blue color, glaring at the people.

You: "See that? My wife's genes are rubbing on her. She's Cold as Weiss."

Wane: "Hey are we going in or what? I wanna see the role play."

Weiss: "Wait.. you didn't take the car to arrive here?"

Zeila | Wane | You: "Uhh"

Meanwhile..

Over the rocky mountains of Argus, out of nowhere, a glyph of the schnee formed from the sky and a multi million lien car fell, got wrecked by the rocks on impact.

You: "Well uhh.. No, Zeila just gave us a lightning ride."

Weiss: "Hmm.. Okay. Zeila why don't you take Wane to the opera room. Your dad and I have somewhere else to go."

The siblings leaves the two of you.

Weiss: "Well? Shall we?"

Took a private elevator, that went straight to a private room of the facility in the top floor. She held your hand, and guided you to the terrace. The view was amazing, but she was much more.

Weiss: "We've come so far and I'd do it again if I could. Yeah its stressful balancing life and a whole company but..

You: "I wouldn't have it in any other way."

She leans back on the railing smiling at you. She bit her bottom lip as you leaned closer to her face.

She glances down at your lips, as you near her. She cups your cheek before making eye contact with each other.

Weiss: "I love you"

You: "I love you too"

The two kissed with their racing no different from the day they first fell in love with each other.

A/N: Thank you so much for reading this book. I know a lot of you was disappointed about me cancelling the continuation but to be honest, I had no follow up to the story because it felt like the tale was already done and I couldn't think more of the plot after Weiss and the protagonist had finally pledged and devoted their live for togetherness.

I'm sorry but also thankful for the support that youve been giving me for these years. I'm truly grateful, you guys were one of the best parts of my life.
