"I was afraid that it was a rumour about me again"

"Wae? Did you do something to start a rumour?" she asked

"Well Aiko could have done something or someone could have seen me with Suzy noona yesterday. We went for dinner" I informed her

"Ah, I see. Now I understand wae Nayeon unnie was upset"

"S-she was upset?" she nodded

"W-with me? Is she angry at me?" I asked afraid

We both turned our heads towards her. She offered me a small smile and came to sit beside me.

"I'm not angry at you"

I was looking down. Nayeon looked at me softly. She made me look in her eyes and we stayed quiet for a moment.

"Wae are you apologising?" she repeated softly

"...for avoiding you and making you upset"

"So you were avoiding me" she seemed hurt and that made me feel guilty

"Noona I was avoiding everyone. Please don't get upset. I want to hang out with you so much. I want to spend hours, days if possible with you but I'll be a burden then. I don't want to be a burden. Mianhamnida, I-"

Nayeon suddenly hugged me. I was surprised.

"You'll never be a burden to me because I want to spend time with you too." she told me in my ear

I closed my eyes and hugged her back tightly.

"Because of everything... Because I'm being like this, because I made you upset, because I avoided you...."

"Y/n never apologise for who you are. Never."

"But Aiko-" she pulled away and looked in my eyes
