After a quiet car ride home with Jadyn I finally made it to my apartment. Saying goodbye to Jadyn and walking up to the door. Turning around to wave goodbye to her one last time before she drives off. Making my way through the door and up the stairs to my apartment door. Trying to find my keys to unlock my door, my phone chimes. Taking a quick look at the message from Jadyn telling me to be ready at 12:00 tomorrow. I roll my eyes and think about how I'm going to have to actually get ready. I find my keys and unlock my door. Walking into my dark and empty apartment I place my bag down and without bothering to turn on my lights I walk into my bedroom. Quickly taking off my shoes I lay down in the bed ready to fall asleep.

I soon awoke from the sound of my phone going off. Looking for my phone I see that Jadyn is calling me, I soon figure out why looking at the time. Quickly I answer the phone and try to hurry up and wake myself up.
"Are you almost ready?" Jadyn asked.
Quickly getting out of bed and running to my closet to get dressed.
"Yeah... I am completely ready, I was waiting for you to call me.....haha" I lied.
"Oh really, because it sounds like you just woke up"
"I guess that's just my voice, I've been up." I said, holding the phone against my ear as I tried to pull my leggings up.
"I could hear you looking through your closet." Jadyn said sternly.
"So, I'll be ready in twenty minutes." I say, putting my phone on the speaker and putting my shirt on.
"It's already eleven-thirty, and i'm down the street so better hurry"
"I guess I'll hurry then" I hung up and made my way to the bathroom.
While in the bathroom I washed my face and brushed my teeth. The cold water hitting my face woke me up more. I then decided I needed to hurry up and started my makeup. After finishing I hated the way it looked and decided that it was just going to be one of those days. I cleaned up my mess and walked out of my bedroom. In the living room I looked at the clock saying 11:45. "Shit" I mumbled to myself. Hurrying to get my shoes the door opens. I look up seeing Jadyn standing in the door frame.
"Ready my ass" She noted, closing the door and walking to sit on the couch. She sat down and put her purse on the table leaning back to watch me.
" I am ready, I'm- ..just looking for my other shoe!" I say pacing back and forth. Looking under the table to see my other tennis shoe sitting there. I quickly bent down and picked it up to put on. I walked over to the couch pushing Jadyn over to put my shoes on hearing her huff. After trying to un-tie my shoes Jadyn decides to add her input.
"Can you not un-tie your shoes? Do you need me to do it?" She questioned looking me in the eyes.
"No, I can, it's just a little stuck, okay?"
"Then can you please hurry up so we can go"
"I am trying:"
I finally un-tie my shoe feeling embarrassed as Jadyn watches me. I tie them both and stand up walking over to my bag on the table and grab it. Checking to make sure I have my house keys and wallet, I place my phone in the bag and zip it. Turning around to see Jadyn sitting on the couch on her phone.
"Are you ready, or do you need more time?" I say sarcastically.
" You're so funny." Jadyn said "Let's go".
