It was the third day of BTS members' stay at the Kim's residence. They were supposed to transfer to their hotel as originally planned. However, after all the unfortunate events that transpired, both Jin and Jenny decided that it would be best for them to stay and be with Taehyung. All the members agreed, most especially, Jungkook of course. He was the happiest of them all.
Taehyung was still sleeping soundly in his room when Jungkook checked on him the moment he woke up. He sat on Taehyung's bed and watched the older sleep.

Jungkook smiled as he touched the tip of Taehyung's nose and then his lips, admiring his adorable moles. He fixed Taehyung's blanket, making sure that the latter is well tucked in, before standing up to leave the room.
"Don't go." Taehyung softly said.
"Sorry. Didn't mean to wake you up." Jungkook said, looking at a sleepy-eyed Taehyung. He sat back down on the bed.
"How are you feeling?" he asked.
"Better. Thanks to you." Taehyung said as he smiled at Jungkook.
"You should get back to sleep. It's still a bit early. Namjoon hyung said that you don't have to go to work today."
"You're transferring to your hotel today, right?" Taehyung asked, fighting back a pout.
"No, change of plans. We're all staying here."
Taehyung smiled. "That's good."
"Now, go back to sleep."
"Will you be here when I wake up?"
"Sorry, Tae. I just need to go somewhere, but I'll be back soon. I just have to do something."
Taehyung suddenly remembered, "Lisa. Of course, I understand. You should spend time with her."
Jungkook held Taehyung's cheek and caressed it with his thumb. "It's not what you think. Please, just wait for me, okay?"
Taehyung nodded.
"Go back to sleep, Tae. I'll stay until you fall asleep."
"Thank you, Kook." Taehyung said as he closed his eyes and drifted back to sleep.
When Jungkook started to hear soft snores, he leaned over Taehyung, kissed his forehead and left the room.
