SHORTY

Chapter 4

'' lol get up'' dad said coming through the door. I sat up rubbing my eyes.

''What time is it''i think i said but i don't think it came out like that.

''What'' dad said giving me a confused look.i looked at him then pointed to my wrist.

''Oh its seven am''

''Okay'' dad gave me one last look before walking out. Getting up of the bed i opened the curtains and window to let the morning summer breathed in 'god i love summer' i thought just as i saw mason turn over in bed still asleep. Walking away from the window i grabbed my towel and walked into my bathroom switching on my shower i waited for it to get heated up and got in washing my hair and body with raspberry body gel and shampoo and then shaving. Stepping out the shower i wrapped my hair up in a towel like a turban and wrapped a towel around my body, walking to the sink i put some toothpaste on my tooth brush and brushed my teeth, i rinsed my mouth with mouthwash before walking in to my room and going to my wardrobe. Walking i got a purple bra with black polka dots and some panties to match, i pull my 'fall out boy' muscle tee of its hanger and grabbed my ripped skinny jeans out of there draw and walked back in to my room. Looking over into masons room the window is know open and he just stands up out of bed and stretches and turns around looking straight me, giving me a little wave he walks off into his bathroom. Walking back in to my bathroom i dry my body and get changed, sitting down at my little stool next to my big mirror i start to dry and slightly wavy blond hair, once it was all dried i applied my little make up which was just some mascara and a little bit of foundation just to make it look natural, my blue eyes were a bright blue already but that little bit of mascara made them pop even more. Walking out my door i picked up my skull & rose bag and a pair of purple doc'martens.

''Hey dad'' i said sitting at the kitchen table. I got the mug from the other end of the able with the coffee pot and poured some coffee out. Dad looked up from the newspaper with a smile.

''What'' i asked cocking my head to the side.

''Nothing'' he said going back to reading about what's going on in the world. Getting some strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and a banana out of the fridge i got the cup thing for the blender and put everything in adding some apple juice i put the lid on and switched the blander on, waiting a good few minutes the fruit had finely blended into a lovely drink, pulling the bottle/cup thing off the blade base the doorbell rang.

''Are you gonna get that'' dad said pulling his nose out of his news paper.

''Yes i am, i will see you later love you'' i said giving dad a kiss on the cheek '' oh and shave cause that beard hurts it so prickly'' dad let out a little chuckle as i walked to the door with my smoothie in a bottle and my bag on my shoulder. Opening the door mason sood there with a grey muscle tee on with the words 'you're my only shorty' printed on the front, he had a pair of faded jeans and the same purple doc'martens on.

''Really the shirt and the boots'' i said pointing to both.

''So no good morning moo or anything'' mason said still stood there.

''Sorry moo, good morning'' i said giving him a quick hug

''I thought it would be funny'' he said pointing to the top ''i had it printed my self about three years ago'' moo said looking everywhere but me ''and the boots well it was just lucky i guess'' he said grabbing my hand and walking to his da-now his truck.

''Hmm'' i said walking round and getting into the passenger side of the truck. Mason pulled out of the drive and drove down the road to school.

Pulling into the parking lot everyone stopped their normal chit chat and looked at the old rusty truck pulling in to the last two car parking spaces. Jumping out mason came round and opened my door and grabbed my hand.
