Chapter VII 1.1: Cornered

December 26.

" I want you to take care of her for me. " A lady at her early thirties said as she gently gave the small bundle at a girl that is a couple years younger. But the girl refused. " Please... "

" I-I can't, I don't understand. " Eun Min was so confused as Si Min held the bundle for her to get. " Where are you guys going? "

Si Min shook her head. " I don't have anymore time, please Eun Min, take care of her. " she hurriedly put the small bundle of Eun Min's fragile arms, tears streaming down the eldest eyes as she gave the bundle one last kiss.

Si Min turned around and started walking away, Eun Min's heart ached and little did she know she was soon sobbing, Si Min's chest tightened and she turned around then started running back.

" I will miss you kiddo. " She breathed.

She swept Eun Min off the ground and gave her small sister a very tight hug, the warmth giving confirt to Eun Min. It had been a long time since she felt this way.

They stood their for a second, their foreheads together and their eyes holding their gazes.

Her thumb wiped a tear.

" You're the best sister I could ever ask for. "

Si Min then held Eun Min's shoulder, shaking it slightly, before her eyes looked at something behind Eun Min, she growled.

" Now, I want you to run. " she said her eyes still looking at the thing behind her luttle sister, she patted Eun Min's shoulder. Eun Min felt her sister move behind her and she can Si Min's footsteps walking away from her.

" Don't stop running forward. " Si Min said as she came face to face with the person that had given her nightmares for years, the person she feared the most.

" Don't you ever turn back. "

Tears flowed down freely from Eun Min's eyes, she doesn't know why, and how. All she knows is that she needs to look at Si Min one last time. And she did just that.

She gasped. " You're.... "
