They all laughed at your joke and kept talking before class started. At the end of the day you went to where the car riders usually waited. Your mom who was supposed to pick you up today never showed up. You figured she probably forgot so you just decided to walk home. When you enter your house though you could hear yelling coming from the kitchen.
