Dad: How could you forget to pick up y/n?!

Mom: I was busy at the time-

Dad: Busy with what- you don't even work Kelis. I ask you do one simple favor for me and you can't even do that!

Mom/Kelis: Why are you turning this into such a big deal- You know y/n knows their way home.

Dad: I don't want my child out in the cold- and it's been getting darker..what if they get kidnaped?!
