"Mary Jane's back from family vacation"Peter said after he walked up behind Ellie. Elle flinched in surprise and fumbled to catch the book she almost dropped "Peter" She said. "Sorry"Peter said in slight embarrassment "I know Mary Jane's back,I was talking to her last night" Ellie said "I fell asleep during Jurassic Park didn't I"Peter said. "Uh huh"Ellie said,she shut her book and the placed it in her bag,Peter grabbed it from the shorter blonde.

"I'll walk you to class"He said with a dorky grin,Ellie snorted but grabbed his free hand,Peter grinned as Ellie's head fell against his arm. The last three days of having Elle spend the night has been awesome,despite May's relentless teasing of how Peter has a crush on his best-friend. The nine year old boy's response is always the same 'nu uh,girl's have cooties' or 'no way Aunt May,she's my best friend' either way,his denial is adorable.

"Ellie Bear. Do you wanna chop the onions,tomatoes and bell peppers for me"May asked the blue eyed blonde girl. "Sure"Ellie said,she pulled the three stair step ladder to the counter and climbed up,bring her to safe level with the cutting board. "Pete get the steak from the fridge please"May said "On it"Peter said "Happy's coming to pick me up later. He said around ten tonight" Ellie said. "What? No! You can't leave yet"Peter protested against the mere words "I have to Pete,my mom wants me home"Elle said "But"Peter didn't say anything further,he did sigh heavily.

"Fine. But I don't like it"Peter said "I don't either but we're the kids and they're the adults"Elle said "Yeah" Peter murmured. May smiled at the two kids,without a doubt in her mind the two would end up dating and possibly even get married one day,start their own little Parker family.

"What do you mean Ellie's been spending the night with her friend Peter"Tony asked Pepper "I'm not sure what's getting lost in trans-lation"Pepper said. "He's a boy" Tony said,he threw his hands up in exasperation "He's nine. She's eight"Pepper said "And they're best- friends"She added. "Do you know what age a boy starts having dirty thoughts? What age he first gets a rise"Tony asked "Eleven! What's not to say this get gets a little happy"He added.

Pepper placed her hand over her face an sighed "Tony"She said "Yeah yeah I know"He grumbled and fell back onto the couch. "I don't like that she's growing up either Tony" Pepper said "Do I get to feel this way"Tony asked "It's not like she's my kid"He added.

Pepper only smirked "You're the one who got attached"She said "Shut up"Tony said,he rolled his brown eyes but couldn't keep his lips from turning upwards.
