The underneath of Elle's hair is now pink,purple and blue. Iron Man 3 is 6 months after Avengers. Pepper and Tony have not broken up yet but their relationship is pretty rocky.

"Jarvis drop my needle"Tony said to his AI "Elle,stand back kiddo"He added towards the small blonde girl. Elle walked over to the doors of the garage and stepped out,shutting the doors "Ready"Tony asked. Elle gave two thumbs up,Tony took in a deep breath and shook his body before throwing his hand out. Elle stifled a laugh when the suit didn't come to him,Tony huffed and tried again after adjusting his wrist band.

The suit came to him this time,Elle flinched back not expecting it to actually work. Elle came into the garage again "Alright I think we got this,send them all"Tony said "Tony I don't think that's-"Elle was cut off as the boot piece flew towards the man.Tony caught it perfectly "Never- mind"Elle said,the helmet piece flew past Tony and shattered the display glass on another suit's box.
