Y/n had not seen Vinnie since they played beer pong. She was with her family and Vinnie's. They had a good time even though Nate was getting a bit too drunk. Y/n mostly stayed with Ben and Reggie. She heard the dj speak into his microphone.

"TIME FOR THE CAKE"

Everyone started gathering around. There was a lot of people so Y/n stayed where she was with a cup in her hand. She sees a girl walk out with a yellow cake. Everyone starts singing. She couldn't see much from where she was standing but she still sang. Suddenly she sees Vinnie walk out of the crowd with cake all over his face and hair.

She laughed to herself.

He's really happy here.

Her and Reggie stayed talking for a bit until he left.

It's going to take me forever to find a bathroom here.

Y/n started walking into the ginormous house and started up the stairs. She kept walking until she reached a door.

I better not find anyone or anything weird in here

She opened the door and saw Vinnie and 2 guys. One with a vlog camera.

She stayed in her place and made eye contact with Vinnie.

Y/n- Sorry I was just looking for the bathroom.

Bryce- It's right there

Bryce points to a door in the room they were in.

She walks past them and goes straight for the door. She begins to wash her hands and walks out. They were still there. As she's walking out she hears Bryce.

Bryce- I'm Bryce by the way

Y/n- Y/n. Nice to meet you

Bryce- That name sounds familiar

Y/n- We met once on facetime

Bryce- Facetime?

Y/n- Yeah when you were talking to Vinnie about moving into Sway a couple of years ago

Bryce's face looks confused at Vinnie.

Bryce- Wait. You're the ex girlfriend. His ex?

Y/n nods

Bryce- You actually came to LA for his birthday.

I might regret this

Y/n- I didn't come to LA for him. Figured it would be nice to spend quality time with my family outside of Seattle.

Vinnie looked up at her. Hurt.

Y/n- I better get going.

Y/n walks out closing the door behind her. As she's walking down the stairs she hears someone behind her and turns around.

Bryce- You know Vinnie fucked up.

Y/n rolls her eyes.

Y/n- I'm just trying to have a good time. I'm not trying to remember what happened between us. It doesn't matter anymore. No matter what he's always going to be in my life so it's best just to move on and make the best of the situation.

Bryce- You're right. How about we go and take a shot, for youtube of course.

Y/n- Is that what you LA people do? drink for the videos.
