It had been two days since Y/n and Vinnie had seen each other. They had not talked about what happened in the rage room or what he wanted to say. This meant today was the day Vinnie went back to LA until he decided to visit again.

Y/n was in her room when she heard her mom and brother talking in the kitchen. Y/n walked out and saw them sitting at the table.

Brother: Vinnie is coming in a bit to pick me up

Y/n made a confused face as she walked into the kitchen and listened to the conversation.

Y/n- But he's leaving isn't he?

Brother- I'm leaving back to LA with him

Y/n- Again?

Brother- Yes again. He is releasing some merch within the next month and he wants me to be in the shoot

Y/n nods and Vinnie walks into the house saying hi to Y/n's mom and kissing her on the cheek. Vinnie always saw her as his own mom.

Brother- I'm going to go get my stuff.

Mom- I'll go help

Y/n's mom and brother walk out of the kitchen and leave Vinnie and Y/n alone.

Vinnie kisses her cheek and Y/n gives him a sad smile.

Vinnie- I'll come visit soon. Don't worry.

He wraps his arms around Y/n placing his chin on the top of her head because of their height difference.

He lets go and looks at her.

Vinnie- We'll be alright

Y/n laughs a little thinking the Fine Line lyrics

Vinnie looks confused for a second

Vinnie- What?

Y/n- Kinda hurt you don't get it

Vinnie just smiles and hugs her again.

Vinnie- Just know you are the most important person to me. Remember that.

Y/n- And you're mine

Vinnie- I'm going to the bathroom. I'll be right back

Y/n nods and goes into her brother's room to see if he is packed and ready to go.

Seeing as he's done they all walk back into the kitchen and so does Vinnie with a small smile.

Weird

Vinnie- We better get going. Don't want to miss our flight

They all nod.

Mom- Vinnie call me when both of you land.

Brother- Why don't you ask your own son?

He scoffs a bit and we all look at him dumbfounded.

Mom- Sweetie you never answer your phone

Brother- Oh yeah you're right. nevermind.

Vinnie- I'll call you

Vinnie says as he hugs Y/n's mom

Then her brother hugs their mom and she leaves into the living room.

Brother- Well I'll leave you to it. Whatever you need to do. Just don't take long.

Y/n's brother signals between her and Vinnie and goes to the car.

Vinnie- I'll miss you

Y/n- I'll miss you too

Vinnie- I'll call you, text you, and facetime you as much as I can

Y/n nods and hugs him again.

Y/n- You should get going. Don't want to miss your flight

They let go and Vinnie is about to walk out the door and Y/n watches him. Suddenly he turns around to face her and grabs her face kissing her.

He pulls away.

Vinnie- I'll call you when I land

Y/n nods as her cheeks turn red

Vinnie- Stop blushing

He says with a smirk and his face and grabs Y/n's chin

Vinnie then walks out the door and Y/n stays
standing there both with a smile on their faces.
