Chapter 3

Kevin and Dwayne walked out of the bathroom and headed to the others.

They saw everyone at the front entrance of the school.

Kevin walks towards them as he smiles and waves.

Kevin: Hey guys! Where's Miss Briggs?

Sabrina: She went home for the night, thank God.

James checked his watch.

James: It's 6:00, we should be going.

Everyone nods and smiles.

Kevin: We found the ghost in the bathroom and we captured him.

Sabrina and James smiled.

Sabrina: Our work here is done! *She said happily*

Dwayne: We also found a dead body. *He said saddened*

James: Oh... *He frowns* What did you do with it?

Dwayne: I just threw it in the garbage.

Kevin: Uh, guys? Y'all might wanna take a look at this.

All three of them walked towards Kevin and saw the news team outside, so the four of them went outside.

The news reported and camera man walks up to Kevin with a smile.

Kevin smiles broadly.

Kevin: Hey, how you doing?

Caitlin: I'm good, thanks for asking. *She smiled*

Dwayne: You guys know each other??

Kevin: Yea! Meet Caitlin Snow, my ex.

Dwayne gasps as Caitlin chuckles. Caitlin held out her hand for him to shake and she smiles. Dwayne shook her hand and smiled.

Dwayne: Dwayne, nice to meet ya!

Caitlin: Nice to meet you too!

Kevin saw the camera man in front of them and realized they were on tv, so he waves and smiles.

Kevin: who's that?

Caitlin: Cisco Ramon, our camera guy.

Cisco waves and smiles.

Sabrina: We were about to go back to our ghost catching headquarters if  you want to film us there.

Caitlin: Perfect! *she smiles*

The ghost busters got inside their van while the news team got into theirs.

Valerie turns on the tv and switches to the news. Why do you like watching the news? It's depressing! Phil asked. Valarie slowly turns her head to her father and spoke in a monotone voice. Exactly, I like being depressed. Valerie said. Phil didn't say anything and stepped back slowly into the kitchen to talk to his wife. You gave birth to a creepy child. Phil said. We're all creepy, what do you expect? We're monsters! Mary responded.

Valerie was watching the news, her eyes widened as she saw Greg in a ghost catching vacuum, held by Kevin.

A puff of purple smoke surrounds Valerie as she was transforming into a bat.

She flew out the living room window and flapped her wings as fast as she can to the ghost catching headquarters.

Kevin saw Valerie and screamed to alert everyone.

Caitlin: IT'S A BAT!!

Dwayne tried to catch Valerie, but she kicked him, knocking him unconscious.

Kevin: A bat that knows Kung fu, everyone run!

Everyone ran out of the headquarters then Valerie chuckles slightly, shaking her head. Cowards. She said.

She uses her paw to push the red button and free Greg.

They were flying home in the dark.

Valerie: If you tell anyone that I saved you, you're dead!

Greg chuckles. I'm already dead. He said.

Valerie just rolled her eyes, looking deadpanned as usual.
