Last Fight (Part 1)

Katnice's P.O.V
After Scott woke up I went to my family to tell them what had happened.

I walk in the house and see my family in the living room. They all look at me and see the blood in my hands and on my face.

Freya:Kat what happened?

Davina:Please don't tell me that you drunk another person's blood.

Katnice :I went to Scott's house and when I was about to leave Mikael attempted to kill me and Scott. He almost killed us both. The only thing that stopped him was the white oak in my hand.

Kol:So you have the white oak?

Katnice :Yes.

I put my hand in my bag and I look for the white oak but it's not in there.

Katnice :I can't find it.

Klaus:What do you mean you can't find it?

Katnice :It was in here. Now it's gone.

Elijah:You mean someone took it?

Katnice :I don't know..

I lift my head and look at the wall. I put my both hands on my bag and i close my eyes. I whisper something.

Katnice :The white oak was never in my bag. That bitch! A witch casted a spell to imagine that there was a white oak stake. Mikael threatened me with nothing. He just wanted me to be afraid. He still has the white oak.

We all look at each other worried. I pass them and head upstairs. Kol follows.

Kol:Hey you ok?

Katnice :I really thought that we had won. But Mikael is a step ahead of us.

Kol:We'll win. Family is the strongest power and Mikael doesn't have it.

I smile at him. He turns to leave.

Katnice :Can I ask you a question?

Kol: Sure

Katnice :When my mom killed you..

Kol:Ugh.. I knew that one day you'd ask.

We laugh.

Katnice :When my mom killed you, where did she find the white oak?

Kol:I don't know. Klaus had the white oak. That night, I attacked your mother and then suddenly I was dead. Sorry I didn't help much.

Katnice :It's ok. Thanks.

He kisses me on my forehead and gets out. After a couple of hours Rebekah comes in my room.

Rebekah :Hey Kat. Get ready. We got a message from the vampires in the town. Mikael is coming.

She leaves. I walk to the door. I walk out and then down the stairs. I see my family putting stuff in a bag.

Katnice :Where will we fight?

Kol: Beacon Hills High School.

Katnice :I should've expected that.

We are at Beacon Hills High. We are at the field.

Kol:It's 12.00. Where is he?

I look around. All I see is darkness. I turn my eyes to my wolf ones. I see nothing but trees. Then I see a figure. More figures. They are holding something. Crossbows.

Katnice : It's a trap!

We all run to different sides. The people following. They are shooting us. I can see Davina and Freya with their powers knocking them down. The vampires drinking their blood. Rebekah falls down. My dad protecting her from the witches. I see Mikael with the white oak walking towards my dad.

Elijah:Katnice. Run!

I want to go help them but Lydia drags me the other way.

Katnice :No! I can help!

Me, Scott, Stiles, Lydia and Liam run into the school. We separate. Me and Scott are in a school hallway. We can hear somone coming to us. We hide in the library.

Scott: I have to go face whoever is following us.

Katnice :No Scott. You'll get killed.

Scott:I have to go. If it's Mikael he'll kill you.

Katnice :And if you go he'll kill you too. Please Scott don't go

Scott:I'm going Kat.

He turned around to leave. I started crying.

Katnice :You can't go. I need you. And the child that I'm carrying. How is it going to grow up in a world without its father? It needs you too!

He looked at me.

Scott:You mean that..?

I nodded still crying.

Katnice :Please. We'll fight together. We have more chances.

Scott :Ok.

We stayed hidden in the library. Someone was getting closer. We hided behind the bookshelves. I looked at Scott and he looked at me. With his lips without saying a word he drew the word "I love you" I smiled at him. I moved my lips to say it too but someone got in.

Mikael:Oh Katnice. I know you're here. Don't hide from me. I didn't kill your dad. First I'm gonna kill your friends. Then you and then your dad. So you all suffer.

I want to attack him but he'll kill me.

Mikael:That was a bad move. Even for you. Run and leave your family at my mercy.

Scott is looking at me. He is moving his head telling me "No".

Mikael: Do you know what you have done to me? When that monster was born my life changed.

I appeared in front of him.

Katnice :You are the monster!

I moved my hand and threw him on the wall. Scott appeared next to me. Mikael got up.

Mikael :Perfect.

We fought for a while. We all got tired. Then he threw Scott on the wall and me on the floor.

Mikael :I'm tired of you standing always in my way.

He put his hand in my chest and ripped my heart out of me. I was dead. Again.
