"You're right, it does look like King." Katsuki snickered, picking up the small puppy. The dog whined, moving around in it's arms. Izuku giggled.
"Yeah, it's a she, by the way." He stated. Katsuki kept staring at the pup, which was a little more than a month old. It looked exactly like a German Shepherd, even though it's mother was a Golden Retriever.
"King's daughter... Princess." He stated. The greenette laughed.
"Cute name... So you want her?" Izuku asked. The blonde nodded frantically, before looking over to Izuku, with a sad smile.
"Uh, Deku... About... The other day." He started.
"You mean last month?" Izuku said, leaning back and crossing his arms. Just by the boy's tone, Bakugou could tell that his friend was not happy.
"W- Yeah... Last month. I'm truly sorry. I never meant to hurt you like that." An awkward silence roamed around the room, leaving nothing but whining puppy sounds.
"Kacchan. I, Guh, look... I'm the one who owes you an apology. I barged into your home, and started to ask you about adopting another puppy... When you were dealing with a loss already. I'm sorry." Izuku spoke, sadly looking down to the multiple animals, which were all running around. Bakugou stared at the smaller male, not knowing what to say.
"Deku... I- Well, we're even then. I should get going." He said, standing up. He couldn't stay any longer, since he needed to go to his parent's place to help them unpack their Christmas tree.
"Wait, Kacchan! You're forgetting Princess, Haha." Izuku laughed, handing the small pup to his friend. Bakugou snickered and took his new pet into his arms, thanking Izuku before turning around once more. He quickly turned the door knob, before stepping out onto the greenette's front yard.
"Kacchan-" Midoriya whined, turning the blonde around. Bakugou looked down to the green haired boy, surprised by a sudden pair of lips crashing against his. The small boy pulled away, smiling shyly.
"I'll see you around." He spoke, walking back inside. Katsuki was left standing in the middle of the boy's lawn, shocked. He looked down at the dark pup, who was whining to get put down. The blonde then turned around, heading to his car, all while smiling brightly.
