You slightly watched Ur mother playing around with her strings as you hide behind a tree , you found it very interesting.
You would love to do that too but sadly you didn't learn how to use Ur strings so Rui sometimes gets annoyed from it.
You and Rui are still the youngest but right now , Ur the newest person in the family.
Of course you did ask Rui to show him how to use them but he always told you he was busy or didn't had time and that you should find it out by yourself like how the others did.
Suddenly you made a crack sound, mother then looked behind her from above of her stone that she was sitting on.
"Oh dear , I didn't see you! Why are you hiding?" You're mother asked ,you decided to step out of Ur hiding spot.
'..I hope she ain't mad..' you thought and then gulped before speaking up ,"well ,I find it very cool how y'all use Ur strings and make cobwebs but I don't know how to make them.." you explained and slightly mumbled the last part out but still loud enough to let her hear it correctly.
"Mh I see.. Come here ,I teach you!" She said with a smile and patted with her hand on her lap.
You first gave her a look of confused and curious mixed expression but then you just agreed and got onto her lap , it was quite comfortable sitting near by her ,it felt like she was Ur actually caring mother even tho that this was just a 'roleplay' by Rui ,it felt so real.
"So can you put Ur arms like how I did just right back there when you watched me?" She asked , you nodded and put ur arms a bit into the air but suddenly , strings flowed out of Ur finger tips?!
'how?!' you thought.
"Oh my! You already can do it kiddo!" She said and clapped her hands and giggled
"But everytime I tried it , it didn't work! I don't understand!" You said , quite confused.
"Maybe you just needed some time" Mother said and patted Ur head slightly.
You really enjoyed her head pat that she gave you and you really was happy that you now know how to use them , you could almost scream inside out of happyness.
"Welp, I gotta go back to protect us ,they're are demon slayers..so be safe and go into the house please!'' she then said with a small smile , you understood and made your way back to home.

small Bonus with Rui:

You entered the house and just some seconds later you heard a calm and almost so silent voice from next to you , it was Rui!
"Where were you?" He asked , he sounded a bit worried , but you could understand because mother said that there are demon slayers in the mountain so yeah..
"I got great news! Mother showed me how to use my strings! Now I can finally help too and defeat some demon slayers!" You said in joy , hoping he was as happy as you were.
He gave you a soft smile and patted Ur head ,"good job Y/N , I'm proud" Rui said.
