• replaces Azula

• The fire lord gets replaces with Muzan
•Akaza and Daki are his children in here

🌬️ Kokushibou :
•replaces the Avatar

This oneshot (SPOILERS) takes place in the final fight that Azula and Zuko shared against eachother to choose the fire lord.
Some things may not be the same to the actual fight in the series because I may not remember everything (':

The plan was set. Akaza and Douma would go and find Daki before she could be the new Fire lord. Kokushibou would fight against the Fire lord , Muzan kibutsuji.
The man that put the generation into terror and fear and that decided to give Akaza a life lesson on his face.
Both , Akaza and Douma been silent.
They didn't know how to feel about eachother, how could they?
They're minds were filled with stopping the Fire lord and Daki.
There wasn't time for thinking about friendship and relationships between eachother.
Some time Douma would make a move and ask Akaza why he would hate him so much , no answer at all.
So he stopped asking.

"Appa, you need to be faster!" Akaza said to the flying bison that they borrowed from the Avatar.
Slowly the palace where Daki was to be crowned could be seen in the distance. They flew faster and landed as fast as they could , Daki's mood has probably gone down the drain by now as she saw her "oh so beloved brother", her all-too-familiar grin has turned into an aggressive expression.
"Akaza." she hissed, Daki's anger rose, everything was perfect. She would be crowned in less than 5 minutes but of course her brother ruined everything with his presence.
"Your not getting crowned , I'm the one that gets crowned." Akaza said in a cold tone.
Daki's anger lingered and her contentiousness increased. Even the guards were afraid to step in and stop Akaza. Everyone could feel the aggressive aura the siblings shared for each other. The hatred, the jealousy for approval, the desire to prove yourself as the best.
By now Daki looked ..insane.
She looked like she was about to burst into tears , even tho her expression was filled with anger and a hateful grin.
Where was the girl who held herself better and made fun of everything she could with her brother.
That snooty and know-it-all girl.

"Oh there's an easy way to choose the new Fire lord. Let's fight for it"
Daki stared deep inside his eyes , both siblings ignored everyone else.
Everyone knew that if they intervened there they would come out with wounds or worse.

"Just you and me" Akaza didn't even thought about it very long , he agreed.
"What are you doing? She's playing with you Akaza , she knows she can't beat both us. That's why she only fights with you!" The all so cheering Douma said , he didn't often saw Douma like that. Worried , was it even possible for Douma to show something like that.
Well , he was still smiling like the happiest child ever , but he's eyes ,oh his rainbow eyes.
They showed anything but happiness.
They were scared , worried , mad.
Everything that's negative.

"I'm aware of that ,but I don't care" He simply said.
Daki and Akaza were now facing each other, Douma was standing a few meters back with Appa.
"I'm sorry it has to end this way ,Brother" She said with a big smirk, even her lip gloss was messy by now and so was her hair , as if she cut it the wrong way..

"No you're not"

And with this sentence, the fight started.
Blue fire and Red Fire fired against eachother. Douma was not allowed to intervene or she would hurt Akaza too much on purpose.
The shots got more and more aggressive and the explosions bigger.
Something was odd.
Daki wasn't the same.
She wasn't so cocky , she wasn't even focused at all.
It looked like she was attacking a wall that didn't matter to her.

Akaza noticed that she didn't shoot any lightning, only the blue fire.
"What's wrong Daki. Where's your all so beloved lightning" He snapped at his sister.
Her entire expression changed , it's like a schizoaffective disorder.
Little did Akaza know , that Daki suffers from that.

🤨🤚🏻STOP!! Whats Schizoaffective disorder? Schizoaffective disorder is a mental health disorder that is marked by a combination of schizophrenia symptoms, such as hallucinations or delusions , and mood disorders symptoms , such as depression and mania. In my opinion Daki(Azula) has mood disorders and Schizoaffective disorders, it's my opinion (': now let's get back to the oneshot. 🥸👍🏻

"Oh , YOU WANT LIGHTNING? I'LL SHOW YOU LIGHTNING" , Tears flossed down her cheeks while her face expression stayed aggressive with a smirk.
Akaza was shocked , he didn't even shot at all into his direction , is this the point where she needs glasses-
Wait.
She meant to do that.
Akaza jumped in front of Douma , collecting the lightning and shooting it back at her.
Doumas eyes widened, Akaza just saved his god damn life.
Maybe Akaza doesn't hate him as much as he thought huh..
Douma felt so confused, why did Akaza do that.

Daki fell on the ground and got fastly back up.
"THIS IS A THING BETWEEN US, LEAVE HIM OUT OF THIS"
Now Akaza was the one that yelled at his 'sister' , if you even could call someone like that your sister.
Suddenly, Akaza became more aggressive, more emotional. Was he really that upset that Daki had just attacked Douma?
Daki had almost no chance to fight back, any shots she fired were returned more painfully from Akaza to her.

Douma could no longer follow the fight, huge clouds of smoke arose.
The two siblings could no longer be seen through the smoke.
Silents.
Was that it?
Was it over?
Did he won?
Did she won?
The cloud of smoke slowly cleared.
One was sculpted on the ground, one was standing.
Douma didn't knew how to react , if he even should react to this.
The figure covered in smoke walked over to Douma.

And from that , he knew he did it.
Akaza came out of the smoke.
Daki was unconscious on the floor.
The next move Akaza made , shocked Douma.
What the hell
Akaza hugged him
Wait.
What?

He hugged Douma? The person he showed the most hate in they're friend group?
Douma again was overwhelmed, even tho he's expression was filled with happiness, as always.
Yes , the friend group helped Douma to learn to feel some emotions , but that doesn't mean he knows when to use them.
Akaza felt after seconds that felt like minutes , hands on his back.

"Good job , basketball" Douma said with a playful grin ,
"You cocky a$$ , really got nerves to tease me at a time like that" Akaza said with a small laugh.

They decided to freeze her up to the ground so she wouldn't start attacking again.
Douma got in front of Daki and did his ice thing.
Of course she woke up after some seconds.
And oh hell was she mad.
She's probably worse than Satan in person.
But she wasn't only mad , no , she cried.
She cried out loud.
So loud that everyone heard her failure.
It was almost impossible to tell what she was feeling at the moment , Her mood changed from second to second. Once she had briefly admitted her defeat, and then she wanted to kill Akaza, and then she started crying again.

Okay okay I know it wasn't THAT good , but I think it was still cool to write in Au with Avatar :>
Actually thinking of making an Avatar oneshot after I'm done with this one , and done with the sabito X giyuu story that I upload when it's done.
