I finally made it to the library and went in.
"Allie! Where have you been?" Frankie yelled.
"Umm, well I was at the coffee shop today and imetaguy...." I mumbled quickly.
"Wait, what? Repeat that love and don't mumble!"
"I met a guy ok."
"Details!" Frankie yelled eagerly.
"Fine." And then her about Charlie.
"Omg! You ran into him again! That's awesome. You need to go on a date with him like soon!" Frankie yelled excitedly.
"I-"
"I could so totally get you ready for this! Do you have his number? Did he get the digits? Ooh I can't WAIT! Come on tell meee alllieee pllllleeeesaaaase!"
"Omg I already did woman!"
She was getting way too excited over this, but then again she was my best friend and we were both equally crazy, I would act the same way if it was her. I did with Jackson.
My phone buzzed and I pulled it out.
"OMG is it him? Is it him? IS IT HIM? TELLL MMMEEEE!!!!!" Frankie yelled at me. Jesus this was gonna be a long day.
"Chill out already!" I snapped.
Frankie looked taken aback and I saw her start to speak but she thought better of it and snapped her mouth shut, walking away. I wanted to go after her, but I couldn't stand it when she acted like this. I looked down at my phone and read the message.
'Hey it's Charlie. I was wondering if you would like to go on a date sometime? Tonight maybe?'
'Hey Charlie, yes I would love to go on a date with you tonight.'
'I'll pick you up at 8. Text me your address."
I responded with my address and sighed, now to apologize to my insane best friend.
