A smile crept on Levi's face, staring at an specific jar next to Petra's office table. It was the thing that keeps him in this situation, he's been looking for it and turns out it was located inside a hidden door under her table.

He made sure no one saw him peeking.

The jar has his moms ashes.. which has been missing for years. He remembered that Kenny has it, so now he's gone. He probably inherited it to Petra to use it against him in the future.

Levi's mother is important to him, so every single thing that is related to his mother is also important to him. Loosing a mother in a an early age made his whole childhood terrible.

So he must have that jar.. whatever it takes.

He casually walked away after confirming his target. He's inside Petra's company.. this time, no one is following him since his amazing assassin already got rid of him.

It's been almost two weeks since he decided to leave you and the squad to take revenge, and get rid of the person who's a danger to his family. And he doesn't have a plan on adding more weeks into it. He's doing it this week.

The preparation is already perfect, although he's only working with one person.. its going to be tough but he's confident that they could pull it off easily.

Levi just put his phone down as he was walking after getting out of his car. He's going to pick Luis from his school today, as he promised. But of course, he's not going to take him off.. he decided to go out and eat somewhere with Luis since he missed him so bad.

But he stopped his tracks, after seeing you with Luis.. in front of his classroom, talking to a dude. You have a smile on your face, same goes for the guy you were talking to.

Some thoughts suddenly rushed inside his head, causing him to stomp his way to you. Meanwhile, Luis already saw him approaching which put a bigger smile on the kid.

"Daddy!" He was happy to run towards Levi, making Levi pick him up and kissed his soft chubby cheeks.

"How's school?" He asked, smiling at his son.

"It was fun.. look, mommy came here too after her school." Levi completely forgot that you're graduating university this year with Kylie. So he felt bad because you have to take care of Luis and study at the same time.

"Did you make new friends?"

"Yes, I made a lot." Levi was happy to get Luis back to his old self. Because before he went missing, Luis was all quiet and only spoke when asked. Now he's as hyper as the time they first met.

"I already saved your number on my phone. Just call me whenever you want." The guy you were talking to spoke, catching Levi's attention. He quickly gave him a glare after that.

"Tsk! Who's this?" He's completely forgetting about his act since jealousy took the better of him.

You were confused for a bit, because he's suddenly interested and talking to you. "He's Lucas.. my friend."

"Your friend?" He raised an eyebrow, "Laughing, smiling and almost blushing when talking to each other.. that's a friend?"

You furrowed, with his sudden act. "Yes, Lucas IS my friend.. what's wrong with that?"

"Everything, you're shamelessly flirting in front of our son.. and that's wrong." He wanted to slap himself because his acting is slowly fading away. He just hope you didn't notice.

"Oh.. I think you got it all wrong." Lucas chuckled as he tried not to cause anything to you. "Y/n is really my friend, and besides.. you don't have anything to worry about. I'm married."

And by the time he said this, another young girl came out from Luis' classroom. She's wearing a high school uniform and has a long black hair with bangs.

"Daddy." Luis whispered when the girl came out, "She's my crush.. Kyoko nee-san."

Levi saw how Luis blushed when he saw this girl. It kinda made him smile because he's only four yet, he already have a crush.

"Does your mother know?" Levi whispered back, as Luis shakes his head and put his index finger on his lips.. signaling Levi to not tell you.

"Dad, I'm done.. we should go now before mom gets worried." Kyoko said, while her eyes landed on a shy Luis looking at her. "Oh hey there Luis! I hope you had fun with todays lesson."

Now that's the reason why Luis had fun and was always excited to school. Because of his crush, Kyoko who is helping his teacher with the kids. Luis' teacher is actually Kyoko's grandmother.

Luis didn't respond, but instead.. hugged Levi's neck to hide himself. Causing you to chuckle, because even if he didn't tell you that he has a crush on her.. you already know because of the way he acted towards her.

"Alright, we have to go. Just text me if you want my daughter to help you with the preparation." Lucas smiled at you for the last time. Before heading out with his daughter.

Preparation? Yes, preparation for Luis' 5ft birthday.

After they left, Levi is back with his acting. He needs to be careful though, because one wrong move.. his plan is ruined.

"Daddy, didn't you say we'll eat dinner together outside?"

"Yes, we will."

"Okay! Since mommy is here. Let's go together, please." Luis gave him the puppy eyes.

"Tsk! Fine." He rolled his eyes, of course he wants you to come with them. "Let's go before it gets late, I don't want Petra getting worried about me."

You just silently followed them while Luis is in his arms. You're sad because he still prioritize Petra, and you felt like he just don't wanna hurt Luis so he decided to take you to dinner with them.

To be honest, that's not your concern right now. You're happy because you're finally going out as a family again. Complete, and this put a smile on your face with the thought that you're going out as a family.

And right after Levi close the car door after you both entered, he suddenly got a call. And when he looked at who is calling.. he picked it up because it was none other than his assassin. He's sure that you cannot hear this conversation because you're inside the car.

"Hello."

["We're doing this in two days, I already figure it out how to ambush her man.. you'll deal with the rest."]

Levi smirked, "We Ackermans are really amazing."
