Realizations and dilemma

“Oh, another chocolate on your desk, Luhannie,” says Baekhyun in an amazed tone.
Luhan squeals happily as he opened this day’s chocolate. It’s been 4 years since he started to receive chocolates and candies every morning yet he still feel elated.


“Hmm, you have a dedicated admirer huh. I wonder who it is,” asks Jongin, who’s currently smirking at blank faced Sehun. “He spoils you a lot like your ‘bestfriend’,” he continued, emphasizing the word bestfriend.


“Shut up, Jongin. No one’s asking for your opinion,” says Luhan. “Are you jealous that you don’t have chocolates? Here, have one.” He didn’t saw Sehun’s left eye twitched as he gave a piece of chocolate to Jongin.


“I knew that you really love me, Princess Lu.” Jongin attempted to give Luhan a kiss but Sehun was quick to give him a kick on his shin. He howled in pain while Sehun has the guts to wipe the chocolate that smeared on Luhan’s lips, nonchalantly as if he didn’t kick Jongin.


“Don’t mind that idiot,” says Sehun in an affectionate tone. Luhan is unaware that most of their friends gag at Sehun’s lovesick expression. The latter’s too occupied on eating the saccharine.

“You are indeed meant for each other. You are both mean to me,” whines Jongin. But the two were covered in their tiny bubble so Jongin’s little tantrum went unheard. “Soo babe, they are ignoring me again. Give me a kiss, please.”

“Serves you right. Do you think I forgot what you did yesterday? You freaking abandoned me for rice cakes! So don’t you dare demand any hugs and kisses from me.”

“Wait, did I heard it right? You abandoned my baby Soo for a rice cake?!” Luhan left their private bubble and glares at Jongin.
Sehun meanwhile scowled when Luhan left his side. He stare daggers at Jongin. Great, Luhan is now attached to Kyungsoo’s hips. He sends a message through a glare, ‘You better fix your shit or I will kill you’.

Jongin gulped in fear. Expect Sehun to threaten those who separates Luhan from him. Chanyeol can only pat his back in sympathy while Baekhyun, a pro-Luhan and pro-Kyungsoo, stomps at Jongin’s left foot before going to the other two princesses.

“Don’t worry, Soo. I will ignore Chanyeollie. I will only talk to him if Jongin finally smarten himself and stops being dumb.”

“What? I am not even involved to this. I’m innocent, Baek!”

“Nah, birds with the same feather flock together. You are friends with him so you will really get involved to this. Don’t talk to me now.”

Sehun has a dreading feeling that Luhan will do the same so he coughed to get his attention. “You should drink water, Lu or else you will have a sore throat again from eating too much sweets.” He even smiled at Luhan to appease him.

“Sorry, Sehun-ah, friends over boys so you are not an exception to this.”

“But I am your bestfriend! You are mine so why are you even involving me on Jongin’s idiocy?”

When Luhan didn’t respond to Sehun, he faced Jongin, who’s currently shaking because not only he inflicted the princesses’ anger but as well as Chanyeol’s and Sehun’s. He shouldn’t have opened his mouth earlier.


“You better fix this mess, Jongin. I will really bury you alive if Luhan will still ignore me until afternoon.”


Poor Jongin can only whine pitifully.

“Lu stop ignoring me, please.”

Sehun mentally tortures Jongin for the nth time that day. Luhan is still ignoring him even when they went home. Even Mrs. Xi finds it peculiar that her son is not pulling Sehun to his room for their movie night. Every Friday, the two have a night habit, which is movie marathon (or more like Disney marathon for Luhan).

“I will even let you watch whatever you want this night. What do you want? Cinderella? Snow White? Or do you want Frozen?”

Usually Luhan will jump on Sehun’s offer but this time, he is adamant to remain silent.
“Did I do something wrong? Tell me, please. I can’t take it that you are not talking to me. I can feel that this is not just because of Jongin.”
